I have been chasing the customer service team to answer my emails or give me a phone call but there is no luck. There is no escalation contacts or whatsovever to discuss concerns. If the Segals team is watching this space, I want you to look at my email, process my return and refunds. I will never buy anything from you again and buyers please be aware of this before you purchase anything from this company. The unpacked boxes are literally holding up space and seeing them mounts my disappointment furthermore. Thanks

Vinod: Unfortunately I can't contribute anything useful to overcome your problem. We bought a steel outdoor table and chairs. I complained via ProductReview, with a copy to Segals. No response. Subsequently I found one of the plastic inserts for a chair leg was missing, and went to their Joondalup showroom where they (unhappily) gave me one from a display chair. Their quality control is appalling.

Thanks David for your response. Seeing so, many other people like me are facing /have faced issues with their terrible service. Will the Australian Consumer Protection take some action against this and stop other buyers falling in prey?

Welcome to the “very unhappy Segals customers club”. We went through 2 tables and 26 chairs. The last 4 had one leg each shorter by 3cm. But they said we are just difficult to please. What should one expect for $2200. All you can do is keep emailing them and just hope. When I rang the Ministry of Fair Trading, they told me to take the refund offered. They picked up our setting on the Thursday 23rd before Xmas, suppose to process our refund on the Friday. We had to chase it up on Wednesday 28th dec. Never again.

I am still waiting for a response. There is no one from this company neither the customer care nor the store taking ownership of this issue. Who can help further? No escalation contacts either. Feeling upset!!

Anybody have customer service telephone number?. Been trying to contact all morning On email for a damaged delivery we received yesterday and can’t get an answer from Joondalup store where product was purchased. Absolutely ridiculous that the stores don’t have number to give but seeing all the unhappy customer reviews thinking you have a lot to deal with!!!!!!!!

You contacted our Joondalup store, and customer care team this morning, and a replacement frame is being dropped out this afternoon for you. If the store is unable to assist, a quick email to our customer care team with photos will ensure a prompt remedy. As the customer care team work over a number of stores/ locations, please send the email asking for a phone call (if you would prefer rather than email) and they will call you straight back ! Who delivers your goods? I have paid & booked for delivery on Thursday 16/01/2020 over a week and a half ago, with the date agreed upon & booked by Segals Osborne Pk. I was texted on Wed 15th 4.58 pm saying it was due in the PM on the Thursday 16th. it is now 9pm and still no sign of the delivery. It is pitch black so even if they do turn up now I cannot check the condition of the furniture.

I have also booked a Flat-pack service at 10am tomorrow (booked last week as well) to put the furniture together due to health issues with my back. This is causing massive issues with myself & now that booked Flat-pack service. This is urgent and needs to be delivered 1st thing tomorrow so I do not have to cancel the service.

Disgusting no contact from the delivery drivers to provide any sort of update & there is absolutely no way to contact them?! This is non-existent business etiquette and Segals need to sort this out with their delivery service.

I am desperate for some information and require a call back by 8.30am Friday 17th (Tomorrow) to sort this mess out. Please respond urgently to this query so I can pass on my phone no.

Appreciate the customer service and support from Jason at Segals as he was incredibly helpful and patient in fixing the issue. It was directly the fault of the delivery company dropping it off at the wrong address (with no instruction to leave it anywhere if there was no-one home).
