Thanks for your response. I did not receive any correspondence that my order was ready for pickup however i spoke with a customer rep from 1300 SHAVER who had confirm that my order was infact ready for pickup, that i should of received the notification. 1300 SHAVER was happy to cancel my order for full refund on my request. Currently waiting for the store to process my refund.
After making contact with the local store, they've mention they will get around too it "shortly"... but i've not seen any changes whatsoever. I will wait a few more days.
I was duped by Cashrewards for a time limited special offering up to 15% off with a capped amount, with your store. Cashrewards failed to honor that advertising - is there something wrong with your system or theirs. While my online purchasing experience was fine and delivered promptly - i have now had to return the $350 item to store (no issue). Whats going on? Please at no point include in your reply that i did anything outside the ludicrous instructions given on the Cashrewards website. By using them you are potentially alienating 1.5 million customers - I am just trying to understand where it goes wrong.

I don't buy shaving accessories often. If I need blades I go to Coles or Woolies. Today I decided to go electric and bought a Philips Series 5000 Wet/Dry shaver on sale from The Shaver Shop. I purchased it as a guest because I didn't see the point of joining a site I might not use again. I received a confirmation number but saw nothing in my email to confirm, which is pretty much standard in the realm of online purchases. I clicked on the confirmation page to join, but my purchase was not applied to my account. Now I have lost the confirmation page and have no communication from The Shaver Shop via email. I've read a few negative reviews of the business. Can anyone speak for the reliability of their online responses and processing? Thank you.

Hi, Today I received an epilator ordered online from shavershop. When I opened the box, I noticed that the sticky tape on the edges is double, i.e. the first tape is alredy cut and another one has been used to cover it! I am afraid that it might be used before or maybe the shop sent me a returned one. What's your idea guys?

I bought the dafni 2 weeks ago...after 20 mins of trying to ysr it i ended up with dry frizzy hair...something i never have. I tried to return it to the shaver shop but they wouldn't refund and told me i have to come back when the store manager is in the shop!!! How did others get a refund? Please let me know. Thanks. Lea
The first step of getting a refund is to register your products online after purchase. Present your invoice or package of the product bought to the shop and you will get replacement or refund. I think it is normal for the manager to be around for you to be refunded, so just be patient and wait for him.

Thanks everyone for your help. I was contacted on Saturday by the store manager who said he wasnt going to give me a refund. End of story. I have lodged an enquiry with Fair Trading. I dont know what else to do.
