I bought my item more than 2 months ago and still haven't received it. I contacted them saying they refunded, now after 2 weeks of no refund, I emailed them 4 times and they continue to ignore.

Has anyone had to take legal action against Shopping Square when they have refused to honour warranty?

Can anyone confirm that they have actually received their goods from shopping square? Or is this just a total scam, have been waiting almost three weeks for my order, wondering if i should wait or just lodge a complaint with fair trading. Currently on maternity leave so i have plenty of time to chase this up!

I gave them the benefit of the doubt again and again, they kept on playing me. Promised me if I withdraw my PayPal complaint, money owned to me will be reimbursed immediately - I gave them weeks to return my money?!?

The item involved was the latest GoPro. Fact is they got interest on my money that they had for a couple of months. Interest on money received from thousands of customers waiting in good faith, can earn them loads.

In my PayPal complaint I stated this. Can not praise PayPal enough, only use them for all my internet purchases.

Their excuse time and again was that shipments to their warehouse was delayed and thus they repeatedly offered other models.

Move on immediately! They lure you with the cheapest prices and then cash in on the interest while you wait and wait and wait.

Lesson learned from this experience - always read reviews on companies before I buy.

Do not let them get away with it. I was on the verge of cutting my losses just to move on.

I received my delivery after waiting 23 days so you should have some confidence it will arrive eventually. You can login to the website, go to My Account -> Create a Ticket. Ask for a delivery status update in the ticket. I did receive responses to the 2 tickets I logged. You should have received an email saying the order has been dispatched. After that email it could take 4 or 5 weeks. I won't ever buy from Shopping Square again.

Ok so my order did come eventually took just over 4 weeks, anything else i have ordered has never taken more than a week so that is a really long time! I ordered dinosaur curtains and a dinosaur soft toy, i am happy with them and my little boy loves them. So to anyone else stressing their order isnt going to come it should just 3 times longer than anywhere else lol.

Angela - you're probably too busy wth your new baby to care now, but did you eventually receive your order (I've been waiting a month)? If it is clearly not going to arrive, not only will I seek reimbursement from PayPal but after reading the above reviews will lodge a fair trading complaint.

Yes, I have. I ordered an SD card from them in November of 2016 and received it a couple of weeks later. I've just purchased another product today so hopefully I'll receive this one too.

I occasionally bought things from SS and "actually" receive the goods delivered - so far all ok - , but sometime it took a lot longer than my expectation. One thing SS just always quotes unrealistically large percentage of saving. They must have compared it with the very original high price of the item when it first came to the market and not the current market price. Example: (Feb 2017) 1TB Hard Drive (USB 3) market price from what I saw in IT shops is ~ $77. SS sells for $68.95 (same brand/specs) and it claims that you save $111 (%62), Based on current market price $77, SS should quote a saving of ~ $10 (or 11%, not %62). Note that with added shipping cost many items will have similar price to that you can pick up from the brick/mortar shops. To be fair, now you can ick up some bargain if you feel comfortable with it.

Cannot login to my so-called account at shopping square even though have tried numerous times (with numerous password changes sent to my email address) Purchased item with eBay account details . Never set up a Shopping Square account but site still insisting I login to it...but won't let me set one up either! Messy...what gives? You have to logon to get any kind of customer service but when you can't login what???

You should have a PNONE NUMBER and EMAIL ADDRESS prominently on your website so that these issues can be dealt with quickly, not your stupid "ticket" system. A ticket system is NOT convenient for customers - a phone number, or a least an email address would be much better for customers. I will not be purchasing from Shoppingsquare again

You guys really don't get it, do you. The ticket system is NOT convenient. If you "always strive for better service" then why don't you answer questions promptly and not get so many complaints about poor communication? Dont you understand basic customer relations?? COMMUNICATION is the key! I, as well as many other s have documentary evidence of your slow response to your "ticket" system. Would you like more examples posted on review forums like this? It can easily be arranged.

At least you got some use out of it. They are very slow to respond and unless you go to fair traiding you really get nowhere with them. I wouldn't hold my breath too long waiting for a replacement. They have no surplus stock in Australia. The more legitimate complaints they get hopefully they will get the message or close shop. It took me over 2 months to get my refund. I'll never deal with them again.

I have recently ordered an android tablet (ASUS Vivo Tab Smart ME400C-1A038W White)

from Shopping Square. It sounded like a great deal and I have been looking forward to it arriving. However, I am really disappointed that it has not arrived, despite being assured that it will arrive shortly. Funnily enough, the message tells me each time that it will arrive the next day at the latest - then the date changes to the next day the day after...tricky. I really really want to know that the tablet will arrive very soon and safely- I paid for it on the 11th June by Pay Pal - payment accepted on the 12th June according to the records on the website. When should I expect to receive this item?
