Hi, we bought our Cocoon mattress in April 2016. Initially it was fine, we rotated the mattress as per instructions. We both now wake up with sore backs and feel not rested at all. I had back issues to start with prior to purchasing this mattress but my wife did not. We are both in our 60"s and not overweight at all. Will the warranty allow us to exchange this mattress for another ? Thanks S.Fisher

Hi Stephen, We have a King size cocoon mattress and we had troubles with it after 6 months. A lump had begun to form in the middle and we contacted Customer Care who have a series of semi automated responses. They continually asked us for information we had already sent and there was no continuity of service. We gave up, however 3 years down the track we are desperate( its like there is a third body sleeping between the 2 of us!!) and trying again. We are experiencing the same unhelpful behaviour and lack of appropriate response however we will not be deterred, as our bed is a disaster and unfit for purpose. Good luck! Belinda
2 is company and 3 is better, but not a lump ! Thanks for your story, interesting. We like you will not give up on this, they are costly and would hope that sanity prevails.

I agree Stephen. Different representative every time , and inappropriate responses to emails , our complaint is exactly like yours , but the merry-go-round of emails with customer care has been going on a year , to our total frustration. This company should be SHUT DOWN!
Has anyone had any luck? We put in a claim but they have tried almost everything to avoid processing our claim. They are now stating that they will not collect the mattress (just on 3 years old) as it has a small mark on it!!! They are demanding we have it professionally cleaned before they collect it. Our mattress sagged within the first 6 to 12 months and is now unusable. I'm considering ACCC.

Hi guys similar situation Im afraid! I never suffered from back pain but my husband had always had back problems including an operation for a bulging disk! However we were assured this was the answer to our problems!! My husband let me choose our new bed as we weren't able to organise time together when choosing This bed unfortunately! This bed is now 5 years old and has been nothing but a disaster comfort wise ! a good nights sleep on this bed is impossible and have shocking pain on waking in the morning! Sleepmaker have a lot to answer for! I work in retail and they happen to sell these beds where I work I make sure I tell everyone that comes within a whisker of buying one of these beds to run a mile and do not consider purchasing one! Absolute disaster! Sleepmker has a lot to answer for ! No wonder this model has been discontinued.
Is this mattress double sided? (ie can I turn it over and sleep on the reverse side?)
Nope, you turn them but can't flip them.
No, thats due to the pillow top, however I was told to turn around every couple of weeks for the first few months. Hope this helps
