This is not actually a question but I'm really saddened by these very negative reviews. I have always found Specsavers to be highly professional, very knowledgeable, kind, friendly & they never fail to go way beyond all my expectations....yes, l do expect perfection in every detail!!
I didn't get my glasses at specsavers but my prescribed glasses arm hinge is bent, can I still go to specsavers and will there be any cost?
Got smudged marks on glasses can that be fixed
Went camping had glasses in pocket put smudge on one side can that be fixed
I have no questions about the recovery of your smudged one side & should be easy to fix however my experience has now been 3 months waiting for my replacement glasses at the Forest Hill store here in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. Maybe you might have a better experience but the company culture does not seem to wish to support their consumers in any way !!!!
Do you have to pay for the glasses up front or can you pay for them once they’ve arrived in store?
Pay upfront like I have already done for my previous glasses but as you can see still waiting for my warranty replacement glasses now for an excessive & reasonable amount of time.
Do specsavers sell nose clip on frames
Why cant you order contact lenses instore anymore. This is really unhelpful
The arm has fallen off my Carla Zampatti glasses with extra expensive lenses including bifocals and transitional lens. Are broken hinges repairable? Last time something like this happened Specsavers said they couldn’t do repairs.
As per terms and conditions specsavers, must fix, however there are stores who decline to honour. I had the same the frames didn't even last 8 months I had 2 disposed in their rubbish since they failed to provide that service, complained online and on FB as well it's been over a month now still no response. Change to OPSM or others.
Has anyone any information on accuracy / quality of Specsavers hearing tests and their hearing aid products? Thanks MM
I’ve got Specsavers hearing aids been using them for 12 months and they not too bad for the price 1/4 of the price of the specialist stores for the same or similar product

I have been a spec savers uk customer since 90s. I have just been for my first specs on Australia. First prescription was incorrect Glasses returned New prescription. Lenses rejected by quality control. Then specs received USELESS Are Australian lenses poorer quality? Never ever had a problem in uk
I had the same problem with the Toowoomba, branch. After 5 visits the replacement glasses were good .Recently got an upgrade of lenses after 14 months this time using the Warwick branch. All good at this branch.
Perhaps the quality of service depends on the staff at the centre you attend. I was extremely unhappy with my first pair but I was not prepared to throw the $500 I paid down the drain. I could not be happier after the young man in the Rosebud Plaza took the time to adjust the frames so they sat correctly on my face. I suggest you keep going back until you are completely satisfied. I am glad I did

HI I have just picked up my new multi focal glasses after having had cataract surgery over 12 weeks ago.I have always worn the premium level multi for over 20 years but this new pair are very fuzzy around the edges. I had the lenses thinned to 1.6 and anti glare coating. I haven't had trouble like this before,Thanks
I suggest you go to a private optometrist, i had two experiences where the glasses supplied were useless. Their answer was that it will take a few weeks for your eyes to adjust. You will find that the person doing the eye test is not up to standard. One had a low cut top,leather pants and all she did was talk to her assistant about what a good night she had including the fact she got home at 6 am and had not changed. A good eye test was impossible, got my glasses and could not see much at all. Then had huge argument that about the glasses,gave up,lost my money and went to normal optometrist,when i got my glasses i could see.
Anyone got an idea of what it costs for replacement lenses? My prescription has just changed but the frames I have (bought from Specsavers and still a model they sell) are still in excellent condition so would prefer to reuse them than buy a whole new pair. Thanks!
Bought Phonak crossover hearing aid from specsavers but not happy with audiologist setting up of hearing aids. Have been to him multiple times and still not happy with how the hearing aids are set. Can I change audiologist to a different store or am I stuck with him. I am thinking of getting refund as I am not comfortable with the settings and rarely wear them because of this. I really do not think that he is very good at programming them. Any help would be appreciated.

Picked up glasses yesterday one pair is sunglasses. Girl shop asked me read card told her was blurry she said it’s ok. Glasses were not cheap should I not b able read when wearing sunglasses?
