I am struggling t o pick the right size because the guide size says one thing and when you are picking the boots you want the sizes are different.

Unfortunately there's no contact number. They write on the website that due to Covid they don't have any phone customer service. Try writing a comment on their wall on Facebook or you can send an email. Goodluck.

Not that I could find, and mine shipped from the U.K. Mainly why I won't bother posting back for the correct size, no guarantees they'll get it right, plus will cost me. Just have to wait until kids grow in to the size.
Hello I just received my order I’m happy with 3 polo shirts but one of the shirt must be miss labeled it has to be a girls 12 I can’t even get it over my head yet it says 12 but it’s not a ladies like the other 3 shirts I’ve taken a photo to show you my Invoice no 85468905. What happens now with the exchange of the shirts to get the right size I ordered. Can’t download the photo to show you. Cheers Vicki

I have ordered a pair of shoes through them. What happens when they try to deliver to your home and you are not there to sign for it. Do they drop it to the local Australia post office and you can pick it up from there? Who is the delivery people to Melbourne if it isn't Australia Post and can you contact them if you need to make other arrangements for time/place? Thanks
Is there anyone that’s ordered from sports direct online but lives in NZ or Australia... because I know they are based in the UK and I was wondering if the delivery times take longer then it says or how is your product when it arrives ?
Delivery time was about a week. However, if the product is faulty, they expect you to pay to return item to the U.K.... which in my case was more than the cost of the item. Also, if you do have a problem, their customer service is appalling. I’d recommend avoiding them like the plague!
Hi!I'm considering buying from sportsdirect au website. I notice that I could change the currency to AUD instead of £ in the website. However,does that mean I'm going to pay sportsdirect like other Australian retailers and hence won't incur international transaction cost or the AUD is just estimation for customers' convenience and I still pay into an UK account,which mean it'll incur transaction fees? And I find that paying in £ seems cheaper(after applying the exchange rates) though? Thank you!
Hi.When I purchased from Sports Direct Australia all I paid was the Australian amount as I chose the Australian site.All the prices were in AU$ and there was no International Transaction Fee.Even on sites where you have to pay that fee it is only about $3 and it is your bank here in Australia that charges it,not the company you are buying from.
