How do I test and tag this machine, it's a class 1 without any of the metal connected to earth. It fails the earth leakage test, so I'm unable to pass it.

What's the difference between EM5000 & EM5000K please

Literally ignoring us and we all have the same issue... Wth!
My machine no longer allows any milk to flow out. I can see the milk being sucked up the clear straw yet nothing comes out of the silver dispensing tube into the cup. Just produces steam and the sounds of screeching struggles.

My EM5000 has the same problem. I have cleaned the milk reservoir, clear milk tube and dispensing tube thoroughly several times to no avail. The coffee ends up very watery as next to no milk is sucked up the tube.

Hi, we've had our machine for almost a year. In the last few months it starts dripping water as soon as it is turned on, even while the machine is still warming up. What could be the cause of this and how to fix it please as it's creating a mess when the basket is not in place. Thank you.
Hi Lhumpia L, Firstly can I get you to check the following & let me know if any of these are your issue. 1- Make sure drip tray is pushed tightly against the machine. Empty drip tray regularly to avoid waste water overflow. 2- Make sure the reservoir is sitting flush against the machine. Also check for any cracks or foreign particles stuck on the valve / connectors on the water tank and machine base. 3- If it's leaking from group head make sure group head handle is on tight and check for the seal. The dail on the froth dispenser does not work is there a way of fixing just the dail the machine is only 4 months old
