Yes it roughly takes 2-3 days to fully charge this battery.

I'm interested in buying a 200 amp lithium battery to replace my 4 agms in my caravan. Can anyone provide some feedback about Sunyee's lithium batteries?

Not sure about their batteries but they use aramex as their parcel delivery. Good luck with that , aramax are a discrace as well as sunyee are slow to dispatch. Raised issue with them on slow deliveries and it got worse untill i got a refund for a lost item , havent used either of them since

We've never had any issue with the 200AH lithium battery.
