How do I cancel ?? I also wish I'd read rhe reviews here. Have been charged $69 twice and have had zero lessons. I've emailed but no response.
Don’t bother trying to cancel, they are thieves and don’t care. Just alert your bank ASAP and change your account/credit card and passwords for banking.
Has anyone been successful in getting any of their money back? I was foolish enough to sign up before checking reviews - big mistake. Also - anyone know of a legitimate site for university level tutors?? It's easy to find tutors for primary and secondary school but I am looking for someone who can help with tertiary physics.
No. I didn’t get my money back. Really awful site. I wished I had checked the reviews before I signed up. I believed the whole “your account will ONLY DEBITED IF THE TEACHER ACCEPTS YOUR LESSON REQUEST”. No one accepted my lesson request, but still my account got debited multiple times. They need to be shut down.
Hi Kendi and Leigh, you may already have found ways to find uni level tutors, but my advice is to first ask your faculty, as they may already know of post grad students who tutor undergrads. I was a post grad tutor myself years ago and one of the university residential colleges put students in touch with me, so even if you don’t live in res, the colleges are another potential resource. Word of mouth references are always great. I don’t think the faculty or res colleges will refer you to sub-par tutors. Best of luck
Wow just cant be too sure these days - thank you to the reply people who put the time to answer - when i clicked on it and saw the $69 straight up fee - RED FLAG - So from the people needing help with any issues within the Crypto space - its difficult - believe me ive tried lots of ways - lots of ignorant people - the non helpers - Its ok for the so called experts to trade ideas between themselves to prop themselves up - yet the people that are coming into the crypto space is actually helping to gain for the experts - - so its a win win situation - more help in some format is needed - If anyone finds lidgit help - please post - thank you
