VerifiedOrdered two set of dumbbells on 4/10/2024 with order number 203089 . Waiting for the items to be delivered.
I bought the alez 11sqsd e scooter at the start of 2024 and it still havent arrived yet. The tracking says that its in transit for the last 14 days i couldve had walked to the store and back carrying my scooter in less time. i have sent millions of emails to both TR sports and hero express and never got a reply. The poor customer support is really frustrating
Certainly is - they are terrible. Try the online chat in their Facebook. At least they answered - not correctly but it was an answer. I had to cancel my order and then they sent it.NOT GOOD.

Hi there, my name is Andrew, I ordered a 8Ft walnut Green Pool Table online (order No.18-06626-34329). The pool table had arrived two weeks ago, however when I try to assemble the table, I realised the cushion set-part 3/3 is black colour instead of walnut. I contacted your company for the replacement part, your customer service team was very friendly and helpful. I was told that your Sydney store will contact me for the exchange. But it’s been awhile now, and I still haven’t heard anything from the Sydney store. Can someone please follow up my case?

What is meant by 'easy install required' on your website? Does it require just a screw driver or power tools?

As discussed over the phone if you can actually send me the correct parts we can work out a reasonable settlement otherwise u can have the table and legs back. Regards Stuart
Hi Stuart. If you would like to purchase a table, we will bring a new table to you and take away the old. We will even give you a 5% discount. However we won't be able to send spare parts as that simply requires us to open a new box. In which case, we will simply pick up the table from you.

I have never received such a bad customer service.! We provided plenty of oportunities for you to correct your errors. 1) delivering a product extremely late. 3 months late!! 2) providing a refund that you claim that was credited incorrectly that now you are demanding payment for. 3) Delivering a table with incorrect parts 3 months later. 4) never purchasing a product from your company again! It's disappointing that you expect payment after never delivering the correct parts. I no longer have time for your incapacity and inefficiency to run a business with such poor service. Please collect the product with incomplete parts as it is useless. I will be placing a review informing everyone how hopeless your company is. Regards Stuart.
Hi Stuart, Apologies if I have my facts incorrect, so please correct me if I do. I believe the order was placed in August, but the black table was out of stock due to the huge surge in demand during lockdown. There appears to be some correspondence on the Catch system asking if you wanted to swap to a blue top or wait for the arrival of new stock, and a partial refund was mentioned due to the inconvenience. After the final update, it doesn't look like there was a response and a full refund was paid on 26 September. Did you receive that? I know I am missing some context, and I have no idea why the warehouse sent out the table after the refund was paid.
So while we would like to send out a table to you, we haven't actually received any payment I believe. If you haven't received the full refund, then please let me know as this needs to be followed up urgently.
We are happy to offer a special deal on a new table too, if that is your preference.

Hi Reiko, Just coming back to you with your bench press order. Melbourne has sold out of this item, but our Brisbane warehouse has just received some new stock. So this item will be couriered to you from our Brisbane office. There are no extra shipping fees for you but it will take a little more time for the delivery to come down to Melbourne. Hope this isn't too much of an inconvenience for you.

Hi Tenille, Have found your order, thanks. I believe one of your the dumbbells are not adjusting, but the other one is working. We have found that it can be a simple case of not operating the mechanism correctly.
Our Melbourne warehouse staff would be able to check the dumbbell for you and show you how it should be adjusted, or if there is a problem, they can replace for you. Will that work for you?

Yes that would work, however restrictions dont allow me to travel out of 5km to where the warehouse is and i was hoping this could be solved early
Can you describe the issue for me please. Maybe we can resolve ourselves. Has the dial spun previously and just stopped working now? Are all the individual weights currently in place? Are the weight readings on the dials matching on left and right sides? Is the dumbbell currently in the base or out?
Id prefer a new one to be delivered and i swap the broken one. Its completely locked, wont dial at all. Yes to all the above questions

Hi Tenille, Just wanted to update you on the dumbbells. I have heard from our Melbourne office that they are currently out of stock. Are you working from home at the moment? What I suggest is that we send a staff member to your house to look at the dumbbell. If defective they will take away and we will courier a replacement dumbbell to your home? Will that work for you?

Hi Tenille, Could pick up the defective next week, but I believe you live in a unit so would it be secure to courier a replacement dumbbell for you and leave at your address? Maybe best to courier to Melbourne office and they can tee up a time/date with you when you are home? My gut feel is that it might be too tight for them to see you next Wed or Thurs with the replacement and pick up the defective dumbbell. I guess you always have Wed and Thurs off? The Melbourne office would need to contact you to work out a time.
