Why do you only have 250w motors. Other trikes have 500w and some off road trikes have 750w. I feel you are behind the 8 ball with Tebco designs

What side is the twist grip acc on tebco pioneer
Colin PIONEER does not have a twist grip accelerator - it has a thumb throttle on right hand side of handlebar to assist riders at takeoff but speed is capped at 6kmh which complies with laws in every State and Territory in Australia

Yes the Discovery model has always been produced with a Twist Grip throttle, however as its now become illegal in NSW & QLD to have a throttle that does more than 6km/hr the new default mode on all models are produced to comply with these new laws and legislation. Kind Regards Team TEBCO
TEBCO Sovereign"s which my wife and I purchased few years ago. They are an average made bike, they broke down regularly e.g. the chain was falling off, brakes fading, the gear selectors are horrible, and they are hard to change, error codes occurred frequently on the screen and no power to the motor. It was serviced recently and now the center crank is worn and wobbly. I have to already change the chain rear tyre and gear cassette. The battery has short life with the distance travelled. I do not recommend these bikes. Absolutely rubbish. Looking now to purchase another brand EBike for myself and to sell the two existing bikes. Score out of 10 = 1.
Hi Luciano, my husband and I had similar problems with our bikes and whilst we were great bike enthusiasts were left disappointed. Whilst we sent them back for repairs as we weren't getting even a 1/4 of the battery life we were promised. They ultimately (after three returns) changed the battery which made all the difference and then tried to charge us for the new battery, despite them being brand new bikes. The whole experience has left us very disappointed, and we now rarely use the bikes.

Cheers Matey Appreciate the contact, however I dont think you can do much for us as the bikes are out of warranty and I dont want to waist anyones time. Looking to purchase another bike from another company as TEBCO cycles done meet the expectations of us cyclists.

I am kinda at a loss to understand how you could have had so many problems with your bicycles without contacting TEBCO at anytime. Can I ask where did you buy your SOVEREIGNs? Did you go back to the Retailer when you experienced problems? Did the Retailer not assist / rectify your problems? Is the Tebco trike battery removable for ease of charging?
Yes. it locks with a key for safety. Easy to remove.
My newly acquired Sovereign has a "tight" or "hardspot" in the front disc brake. It is always there & the hand lever pulsates along with the braking effect tightening & easing. The disc appears to be straight & true. There does not appear to be any debris in the caliper(s). What to do ?
My TEBCO bike has front-drive and not a disk brake. I have no idea. Have you been to TEBCO for the answer? They are very obliging.

Have you tried contacting the manufacturer in Cheltenham? (03 9584 3000)
My suggestion is to post a photo of your bike on TEBCOs Facebook page in sure u will get your answer about your bike The two bikes I own are the Discovery and my favourite the Explorer both have held up well in all conditions
