Want to get an update on ORDER NO. #X17910. Ordered 21/2/22 and got a tracking number but nothing has been shipped? I've tried contacting via email several times, Facebook message and call but have never been able to get through or receive a response.

Our company has spent a decent amount of money recently on some devices and we tried to contact you via email and phone to figure out the ETA. We do not have any information about our order. We have paid express post and transit insurance.

Do you actually have a genuine business ?? if you did, then you would have a phone number people can contact you on.. The number listed has a VM which talks about another number..Have tried getting in touch with you guyz for over 6 weeks over email and over the number you provided..You list a new email for people to get in touch and still no response.. This is the start, Wait for my actual review

Hello Sam, How would you feel if you ordered a thousand dollar product and not able to contact the business at all in the last 6 weeks ? I understand that you are facing significant demand and calls coming in, but what i don't understand is why there is no one to answer the calls or reply to emails ? it goes the VM only everytime.. I tried email and still nothing.. I have recently sent an email to info@iot-store.com.au today itself from my email "rockytechie@gmail.com" which contains my order number, which was supposed to be here end of Dec 2021. Would appreciate if you can reply to my email..
