I've purchased tickets to Ed Sheeran at Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane. I can see my section and row number, but no seat number. Does this mean I won't have a seat?
You will get the actual ticket 48hrs before the event so you don’t lose a copy of it.

A very misleading website. It attempts to look like ticketek and other ticket retailers. It shows small print claiming that it is a market place. Obviously it does not market itself like Amazon or ebay but it will claim this when you dispute it.
Be very weary of them. Do not recommend at all and was advised by mystate arena not to use them due to previous concerns. Lesson learned. Don't fall for the same nonsense.

Based on my experience, it doesn’t matter when you ordered them - you’ll get them within 2-3 days of the event. I received mine at 1700 Friday for a Tuesday afternoon event. Their “delivery estimates” page is garbage and gets altered every month/week that goes past -it’s never accurate.
Daughter purchased tickets from "the ticket merchant" for Zach Bryant at Melbourne. This is a lot of expense and disappointment. People can't afford to pay for airfares and days off work to travel for nothing. How was this resolved? I think the website should make it very evident that it is a resale site. It doesn't until the end and no tickets are received until a few days before. I've seen this on quite a few reviews now and they don't refund.

We still haven't got ours, the information page about ticket delays say we should get them between 48-72 hours before the concert, but that seems stress inducing, because in July, supposedly we were to get the tickets by October, and it kept changing from there
I had the same problem with 50 cent concert tickets, I was told I’d receive an email when the tickets are ready as there was a delay, and I notified them 48 hours before that I still hadn’t received them, tonight was the night of the concert and i hadn’t received them still, so unfortunately I had to buy tickets from ticketek instead and received those tickets straight away, hopefully ticket merchant will refund me for the other tickets I purchased with them
