VerifiedBooking Ref: NYK4JU - Thai Airways canceled flights on 6/2/2022 Mumbai to Bangkok (TG 318) - Bangkok to Sydney (TG475) and I was advised by Travelgenio that I will be getting a refund. It has been over a year now and I still have not got a refund despite repeated reminders. The customer service email address that I was corresponding with has been disabled and a auto reply msg indicating to check status status in MyTrip. However the MyTrip link has been disabled. Can you please advise the status of my refund. Thank you.
I want to change my flight I am booked to leave Melbourne to go Manchester uk on 26th September returning 18th October. My booking reference is 6JGBZ3 with Qatar I am aware I am have to pay extra to do this. How do I go about it? It doesn't matter if I change airlines.
Refund request-Booking reference(18534634) My ticket has been canceled on Mar 31, 2021 by airline and it has been 2 year since I contacted travel genio for my full refund.I can't count how many emails I've sent to travelgenio. There's no accurate customer contacts, and also called Madrid contact spending 50 usd for international phone call , but only responded once.

They have gone bankrupt on 15th of December. They didn't even pay the airline for my flight so I had to drive 10 hours. Raise a dispute with your card holder , maybe they can help you

I purchased flights, however, I cannot view my reservation on the website. When I put in my email address on Travelgenio website MyTrip page, I get an email saying that there's no reservation although I received the booking email with attachment file listing my flights.

Hi, I booked a flight via cheapflights but when I hit 'complete booking and pay', it came up as 'payment failed' but it has come out of my account. i called my bank and they said the transaction was successful and have given me an authorization number. Can you please give me a number to call or can you email me back??

I have made previous booking to travel to fiji islands and the booking reference is JTIEJP. This booking was for travelling to fiji in april 2022 but due to cancelled flights we could not travel. Now we want to use the credits and rebook the flight. Please help. Mahendra
If Travelgenio do not refund your money or make amendments regarding your travel. You can report them to the authorities or fraud unit if they do not take action on any of your travel arrangements. They have sent me numerous amounts of emails, trying to charge me an arm and a leg for changes that are through the roof. And yet no E-ticket has been sent and the airline I booked to fly with, doesn't have any record of the person I booked the flight details for. Do not use this company unless you want to see your hard earned money go down the drain. Airlines should not be working with them and they should be shut down. They take your money, and make promises that you will be refunded, or give excuses that you can't get a refund, but it's a lie. They will scam you for as much as they can before you are left with nothing.

I have booked my tickets on 3 April, booking reference 20444946, the ticket I booked was leaving HKG on 18 June, however, due to the airline cancelled my flight and postpone it to 19 June, and then again move it to 17 June, and now under your website details, it is showing as "uncertain", I have try to apply cancellation and full refund from your end. Got rejected and ask me to contact customer service team, however, no email is provided, I have no idea how could I contact your customer service team, hoping to have it solved here!

Hi! I booked last May 6 from skyscanner and was redirected to travelgenio. I booked for thai airways and i received an automated email saying my booking is confirmed but until now i dont have my e ticket. It says within 72 hrs but i booked last may 6. Please do something about it my flight is scheduled next week already and im starting to get worry its so hard to reach travelgenio no contact number or email and i see a lot of negative reviews on google too. Hoping to hear from you asap.
