I have spent hundreds of dollars on the Vet Supply web site and have earned monetary credits but I don't know how to claim these credits when ordering on line. Please let me know how to do this or can I claim them by ordering by phone.

I have ordered nearly $500 worth of products from Vet Supply and keep being notified that I have earned amount of bonus points worth so much . However I can never find where to redeem this money when ordering on line. Any ideas to assist me redeem these points and monetary value?

I order some worming tablets 4 days ago and it has still not been dispatched. Presumably this item is out of stock which normally online stores, you wouldn't be able to order it or it would say "out of stock". Now no one has answered my email and you can only leave your name and phone number for a call back. Has anyone else had issues with this company? Do they ring you back?

I’m not sure if this can help, I ordered some stock the 8/11/21, dispatched the 10th and after 2 weeks I’m still waiting , my delivery address is only 2 km far from their warehouse ……..I contacted them and was told to wait until the end of this week (26.11.21). I do not even believe they’ve dispatched it……

I am sick of the constant VetSupply ads, so sick I will definitely never order anything from them again. The ads are a form of malware but my malware protection can't get rid of them. Beware!!!
