Does anyone actually ever gt what they have purchased? I have been fighting for nearly 8months to get some perfume
Give up, I have been waiting a looonng time and my purchase was perfume too. It is a bocus site and as far as I know it has been deleted from sites. Sorry you too got burnt. Never again.

Hi My name is Betty. Yes I ordered on 8/05/14 Coco Mademoiselle perfume that was $43.95 (original price $230) and get a bit worried because did not come in 4 weeks but received after 6 weeks and its genuine package very happy but a bit suspicions if I will order again reading all negative feedbacks
They are bloody scammers. I ordered perfume last year and paid $55, but never got anything. Sent many emails but no response.
Is there a possibility that I can have my order be refunded? I placed 3 orders with them last Aug and Sept but haven't received the items. They gave me my order numbers (82992,99396 & 99144) but when I emailed them on status of my order I don't have any reply.
Initially, I had email responses, but over the last month Nothing. I sent another last week - still no response
I get no response from weallsave. I would suggest contacting your bank and try and get a refund thru them.
Hi Marianito - as you will read the many reviews we've all been scammed it seems. I've lodged a dispute through my bank as I paid via credit card. All they need is date of purchase and any correspondence of trying to come to a resolution with WEALLSAVE - i.e. enquiring where the order is or asking for a refund. The bank will then contact the merchant - as I suspect they have 'done a runner' so hopefully I will be refunded from the bank as it was only $140....but if not then lesson learnt - before buying on a site that you haven't used before - READ THE REVIEWS as trust me I would not have bought anything from WEALLSAVE had I read reviews beforehand. We live and learn!! :)

I purchased 2 perfumes in September which never arrived. I paid by Paypal and even though it was 7 or 8 weeks later I thought I would make a claim. Paypal closed the dispute without even replying to me so I went to the Financial Ombudsmans website to make a complaint. On that site there was a link to Paypal, to an executive address. I emailed them and told them I was putting in a complaint to the Ombudsman and within 24 hours my money was back in my account !!! If you paid with Paypal try this, you will most likely get your money back.

This is the Paypal email address below Rita and everyone. Tell them about this company and the you are going to complain to the Financial Ombudsman. It worked for me well after the 45 days was up. They do not want the Ombudsman involved.

I purchased one Dior J ' adore perfume from the 6 of September. When do i get i?
I ordered mine last August with 2 other items. Didn't get any. Emailed them constantly after the 6 week period only to get unprofessional replies saying "your items are on their way". Gave up in the end and told them I was contacting paypal and the ACA. They amazingly replied and said they were getting their accounts dept to refund me immediately. They did. I think the only reason they refunded me was because I mentioned the ACA. Try that....and cross your fingers.

You probably never will! if you paid with Paypal - raise a comaint immediately.

It is not looking good I asked for a refund but I am still waiting. No goods and no refund. I am afraid there are a lot of people like me still waiting.

If you have paid by Paypal, even if it is over 45 days go to the Financial Ombudsmans website and you will find this link to Paypal auexecutiveescalations@paypal.com email them and say you are reporting this to the Omdudsman and you will probably have your money back in under 24 hours. I did this and received my refund immediately.

I am unsure at this stage- I am waiting to here back from weallsave and the only form of contact is email. I received free goods but not my sunglasses.

If you paid using Paypal you can lodge a complaint with the financial ombudsman about Paypal for not reviewing your complaint (>45 days) I did this and received a response from Paypal within 48 hours with a full refund. The website is external link

I think this is a good idea they are ripper hundreds of people off and it's not fair I have lost $76 on this which isn't a massive amount but imagine other people who spend more
Wouldn't that be great if we could but they would probably change there business name and continue to rip people off, they don't even seem to care if consumer affairs or paypal are involved.
On another thread I read that they are in the process of deregistering them as a business and yes they will only reopen under another name. I spoke to consumer affairs today and have put in a formal complaint. I suggest everyone does it and speak to your bank to also put in a complaint and if under 45 days then contact PayPal
Yes definitely. Its disgusting . There sholud be no room for theses con artists .there must be something out there which can stop these low life people from scamming us inocent people
I just can't understand why Facebook is still allowing All We Save to advertise through Facebook. Facebook have to be notified about All We Save is a major scam... They are taking hard work peoples money....We All Save is a fraud...people are not receiving there goods... Everyone should send a message to Facebook and request them to shut down All We Save and not to be able to advertise through there website...
Maybe a class action group to bring { WE ALL SAVE } to the courts
Guys I just submitted a report via external link - which reports straight to the ACCC site. I also found a way to submit the report to Facebook. I've gone onto the Weallsave FB page and blasted the comments with links to the ACCC scam watch site, the more awareness we can raise the better. Also ring the department of fair trading (or equivalent in Victoria), all avenues tried will help us get rid of these guys!
how do you get in contact with these people? My order is 8 weeks late and they won't respond.

I have made an ACC complaint. I lost $300..my fault that I trusted and bought so much in one go. I suggest everybody makes an ACCC complaint. I submitted my PayPal invoice to ACCC.

Hi Lynne, I've been waiting 9 weeks now and still haven't received anything. I've read on other websites people have been waiting 3 months and still nothing! We All Save keep telling me to be patient and the order is on the way. They will not give me a refund so I've lodged a complaint with the ACCC. Good luck, I hope you eventually receive yours!
Very disappointed if you have wait 3 months or more & you can't get a refund , will NEVER buy from this site again .
I've also been waiting over 3 weeks now. Even though they block negative comments from FB still share their page on social media and let people know what they are up too.

If its less that 2 months banks and paypal will reimburse you, I just got re imbursed through my credit card in full and the bank chases them up.

Yes I agree with you guys. I can't believe this is happening in Australia, is not like we are living in some 3th world country and we can't do anything about it. These people needs to be exposed and never be able to reopen they scamy business EVER AGAIN. Because of these people I will never trust to buy anything online again, sad though
