The display brightness on my WYNMOTION WYNX15 is low and hard to see. Can I increase the brightness or do I have to put in a new battery?

You will need to change the battery on your remote. You can get these from Bunnings Coles or Woolworths.

Hi Barry, you will see the white back cover, there is a clip you can get your finger under and flip this up and out. Then take the batteries out and change them over.

I recently purchased a Siesta blind with Wynmotion controller. I can connect the Smart Home System but the blind itself won’t connect. I have rung support twice and they have no idea. I’m really unimpressed with this system.

I've got Wynstan to supply and fit around 26 remote electric Wynstan blinds (Kensington store) Recently I've dropped one remote and cracked the screen. It operates 6 blinds and it still works but it's a guess work at times to work out which blind since I can not see the number. It's a 15 channel DC1802 remote control. Where can I buy from Wynstan a replacement remote? Your help is much appreciated

Dear Wynstan why don't you tell your customers that Crimsafe only comes in one gauge , even though they asked for a heavier gauge darker gauge one that is not completely invisible ? Why then do you blame the customer for not knowing the difference, even though it was your sales man that decided crimsafe even though it was not asked for? Why does your fly screen let in flies . Is that the customers fault as well ? Why do you not refund on faulty workmanship ? Why are you still operating?

I don't think it's up to them if you mean Product Review otherwise they would not approve of so many bad reviews being published . I think they might have a say on google reviews though because that's why i contacted them for mum. I feel so bad for mum it's turned out to be such a bum deal for her and she still asks me to try to find out what's happening. They also broke her blind pulley and she cant open the curtains properly. To this day we are still waiting for them to do something about the invisible mesh we did not order and everyone keeps walking into and the broken blind and the flies coming in . What a heart break of a company they are . If my mum passes away with all this stress i swear im coming after them with lawyers.
All the customers who have been ripped off by this company should get together and launch a class action against them and hopefully put them out of business.
Lodge it with Fair work the waiting time is 10 weeks once lodged. Myself and a few others who have had problems have got together and lodged claims.This company Wynstan needs to be stopped .
I've tried that all Fair Work did was mediate and then Wynstan totally ignored them because Fair work has no actual power i think we need the ACCC . I targeted them on social media Facebook and so they called me. I refuse to call and get that horrendous music. They offered to come out fix the broken blind and replace the door and guess what......nothing. Im contacting lawyers after the ACCC.

They have said they will fix the damaged blinds and the bad workmanship and to fix the gauge of the door just to get me off their social media posts and did exactly nothing . Do not believe anything they say they are just bluffing you until you give up.

Continuous beeping
Regarding the pitiful examples of shutters which I have already reviewed and provided photos.!! What must one do to get a meaningful response from Wynstan Gosford or Head Office....other than asking for the order number which I provided over a month ago. I now see that I am not Robinson Crusoe in my plight.

Not sure if you saw my original post Lauren.....its now over 18 months since our initial install - replacements galore and all the same or worse. We had Accent shutters before our reno and have another property with Accent shutters which are perfect after over 8 years !!! Next step is Fair Trading and possibly a chargeback.

There are so many bad reviews for Wynstan... Anyone dealt with Hoppers Crossing Wynstan? How do they compare with their competitors (MSD Security and Hi-Light)? Does Wynstan have their own full time employees (fitters etc) or do they contract casuals to do the job? Thanks
Honestly, Just stay away from them. they are terrible operators. the way they treated my wife with their apparent head office customer service team is disgusting. The way they (male customer service) spoke to my wife was disgusting and left her really upset. That tells you everything you need to know about these scumb bags. Look for a family run business who actually care and know your money will be spent on helping kids go to school or pay a mortgage or anything you would do with your family.

They employ contracrters and the animals in head office were extremely rude to the point of swearing at my wife as well. I have lodged a complaint with fair trading
3 months and 1 week to have 3 awnings installed. No explanations or replies to numerous calls. Do yourself a favour and keep away. Will never use this mob again.

If that was experience leave it but knowing this company they’ve asked for you to remove it hahahaha nothing surprises me about these people. You had a bad experience and others should know, even if they fixed the issues, you still had to go through pain to have it fix.
