through today. Why? Because interest on easy saver is 4.5 and here is zero. Moving everything to Macquarie now where I have better interest on the single account and no hoops to jump.
For a bank with no physical branches and terrible customer service it’s just dead in the water. I doubt Bankwest will be around much longer.

several other times, repeatley asked Bee ( and other " support staff")for a new card , and asked for help disputing transaction, just told block card i got frustrated and canceled card(should of REPORTED IT STOLEN OR LOST , trying to get a new one is IMPOSSIBLE , they dont care and wont help, shocking waste of time trying to deal with this once perfect bank

the application process and find the goalposts moved every time. They'd request evidence from us, we'd provide it, they'd say it's all good, then a few weeks later they'd ask for something else completely unrelated. They wanted us to calculate figures for them that were readily accessible to them from the information already available. Rinse and repeat ad infinitum. Risk assessment criteria are frankly ridiculous and there are better lenders out there. Don't waste your time.

card was approved for a generous limit. The staff processing the application were lovely, and very helpful. I was expecting to get knocked back but was pleasantly surprised to be approved.
I’m an NDIS Participant and use this card to pay for most purchases made on my plan. The QF points are just racking up nicely. I’ve had attempted fraud a couple times (apparently the scammers guessed the card details and fluked it once). Bank stopped it and prevented any loss. I even had an attempted fraud on Christmas Day(!) and the bank phoned me and stopped it. They got spooked by one of my allied health providers, but the transaction was legitimate and allowed it no problem once verified.
The purchase protection is very nice, too. I bought a product from a retail store and it failed promptly. The merchant refused to fix it, so the bank charged it back to the merchant. Saved a lot of stress.
I had trouble getting the card to add to Google Wallet on a new phone, so I went into the former Rockingham Branch and the staff looked into it in detail. The lady rang me back the next day, but I couldn’t answer. She left a voicemail with the outcome of their investigation and what needs to be done to get it working. I followed those instructions and voila(!) it worked! I rang her back later that day to thank her. It was a very nice touch. When an employee makes a real effort to assist, it makes a big difference and I feel should be acknowledged :)
The QF points were initially 0.75 per dollar, but this was lowered within the last year. It’s still not too bad, as I still earn tonnes of QF points each month just by paying for regular expenses with it.

stolen but before that happened I was scammed of about $200 i think and they couldnt even retrieve those funds nor did they even block my card or even tell me I got scammed...
I tried bankwest breeze and my experience has been the opposite despite having to pay an annual fee of $60 which is the only downside I can think about and now I dont mind because of how amazing they have been in managing my recent scammed as follows: 1) they notified me first of a potential scam via SMS and of course i checked my transactions and there was an overseas fraudulent transaction of over $2000 (almost 10x my last scam experience) 2) as per their SMS i called them about what to do in this situation and they: - blocked my card - reissued me a new card - and said they will dispute the transaction they did this in less than a minute or at least it felt that way ... no arguments ... no excessive questioning ... just straight to the point.
I have attached my correspondence for the successful result so basically I am very happy with how they handled everything so am definitely going to continue using bankwest and paying that $60 annual fee haha

One of the standout features for me is the ability to access digital cards through internet banking. This innovation has made transactions more convenient than ever before. However, I do hope that Bankwest will consider implementing a hyperlink button for Samsung Wallet or Google Wallet, as navigating through card details can be cumbersome, especially for individuals with visual impairments.
Despite this minor inconvenience, I must commend Bankwest's exceptional customer support. Their team is always ready to assist with any queries or issues, providing efficient and hassle-free solutions. Even when I've encountered difficulties with their banking apps, their support staff have been patient and understanding.
Having been a Bankwest customer for four years, I can honestly say that my experience has been nothing short of excellent. However, one area for improvement would be the process of copying BSB details to Centrelink or employer payroll sites, which can be somewhat tedious. It's a small change that could greatly enhance the user experience.
Overall, I am beyond satisfied with my banking experience with Bankwest. They have truly exceeded my expectations and have become an integral part of my financial life. Thank you, Bankwest, for providing outstanding service and empowering me to take control of my finances with ease!

My claim was submitted 10 months ago. There is still no resolution. Their travel insurance provider Cover More stopped communicating to me and Bankwest cannot help me with it. Their point is that since the insurance business is outsourced by Bankwest to a third party, I as a client must communicate to that third party myself. If that party cannot deliver the service in line with their contractual obligations, Bankwest has nothing to do with it. It is entirely my problem. Sounds great. They charge money for the service but refuse to deliver it. Another issue is complimentary airport lounge visits. The entitlement is to have 10 per year. My wife just tried to visit all lounges in Tullamarine airport that should provide access to Bankwest clients but was not admitted to any single one. All lounges informed her that Bankwest is not a part of the program anymore.

measures and still finalised it from pending after I had lodged a fraud report. Amex or other banks would have jumped straight to it but not Bankwest More. There is no further reason to retaining this credit card and once this sage has ended - and that is if they do not side with the Korean based fraudsters, that will be the end of my relationship with this bank.

provide them what they have requested they request something different.. like many times (>3)... They don't call you to discuss anything they just send you emails using a template like robot and even the emails are contradicted... Wasted so much time on this... Wouldn't bother if I knew...
