Mobile but the experience has turned into a nightmare, as the SIM card has failed to arrive on two previous occasions. After a lot of frustration trying to get the delivery sorted, Shubham was incredibly determined to help resolve the issue. Although we now await this urgently needed SIM card, Shubham's dedication gives me full confidence that it will finally arrive. Because of the severe delivery issues, I am not sure I would recommend Kogan Mobile again, but I am incredibly thankful for Shubham's excellent support.

also pay over $2000 for some of them! The LX20 is sort of mid-range in price and functionality. It does the job well so what more can you ask? Initially it maps your house. It does this by moving from room to room taking a very rough outline. Once it starts to actually clean each room, the map becomes more 'realistic'. The only problem I had and still have, is that I could not setup the connection between the robot and my "Google Home". Therefore I could not use Google to voice command the robot. However the app works just as well although I do have issues when I try to select a specific room (to clean/mop). I have to keep making the selection a number of times before it finally registers. A bit of a nuisance but just takes a little patience. So far I have had no other issues and hopefully I can continue to enjoy the robot cleaning my house for me!

You can connect it to your phone via Bluetooth. My favourite mode is Dream, and my favourite feature is when the air pads gently apply pressure on my palms and forearms. I purchased at 849 NZD +88.99 NZD shipping fee to my doorstep. Pretty good deal. Build is pretty solid, just as good as an overpriced Ogawa. operating it is pretty easy, low learning curve. the robot malfunction, requiring a reset. The real problem comes when you go to buy replacement HEPA filters. Not only do they make you pay 59.99 for it, but they also charge 12.99 for shipping. Unless you become a "First" member, which is just a rort unless you plan on buying everything with Kogan - you pay to become a member.

with a refresh rate of 144hz or higher so I settled on this TV for $1499 which included free delivery. This TV replaced a 6 year old 65" JVC LED UHD smart TV. I am absolutely blown away with the picture quality, it's crystal clear and the black is really black there's no white lighting in the background. I actually thought the TV was off when there was no signal displayed but the TV was on. Built in chrome cast is fantastic. It has google play store which lets me bypass a lot of the restrictions the standard installed apps have. The only complaint I have is that the 4k UHD is so good now that the old standard definition free to air tv channels look terrible and pixelated but that is not the tv's fault. This TV is fantastic for gaming and consoles with the variable refresh rate/VRR, auto low latency mode/ALLM and game mode. HDR is fantastic but the TV will need to be calibrated properly to use it. I do not understand why other people are saying it is washed out, HDR is not supposed to be better than UHD, UHD has more pixels so a clearer image VS more contrast for HDR which gives a more natural image, and HDR is meant to be viewed in a very dark room like a movie theatre. Normal speakers are just okay, if you want better sound on a budget buy a cheap Yamaha sound bar with a optical input or HDMI 2.1 input on it. I use 5.1.2 Dolby home theater through a receiver and the quality is brilliant. I would imagine a sound bar would be awesome as long as you use Toslink or HDMI 2.1. If you buy a Kogan tv and have high expectations do not buy anything under $1000. All the bad reviews are for the older cheap and nasty tv's, they are cheap for a reason. Kogan quality and price has in my opinion come a very long way in the last 5 year's along with new technology allowing a little older technology to become cheap now. Do not expect a$5,000 to $10,000 OLED Samsung quality out of a $1450 tv delivered to you're door. All the $1500+ tv's are good quality especially the tv's with 144hz refresh rates or higher. If you watch Bathurst, car racing or sports that are fast paced you really want the 144hz refresh rate or higher so the motion picture is smooth and not blurry. General rule of thumb is, if the tv is good for a 4K gaming console or PC at 144fps to 400fps the picture quality for tv, blue ray, and everything else will be great. If it lasts 8 to 10 years I'll be very happy.

Came packaged in a solid cardboard box to withstand any knocks. Was extremely easy to set up and packs a punch. Sound quality was perfect.

the glass holders and moved the cutlery basket to the front of the tray with cable ties. Only one problem is the wire rack is perished, the plastic is come if and the rack is rusting and falling apart, sadly Kogan want $75+p&p for a new rack which imho is a ridiculous price otherwise it's a 10/10 buy

netflix advised us the TV would not be supported in future. My parents watch live antenna TV and Netflix only, thats it. This TV was near impossible for 70 year old to navigate, it had an absolutely horrible to access digital antenna brodcast TV, in which at times it would automatically tune into internet broadcast channels like Vevo, or if the wifi went down, stay on Vevo without showing a channel and not allowing you to select digital antenna TV. I WILL NEVER BUY A KOGAN OR GOOGLE PRODUCT AGAIN IN MY LIFE. I'm gonna take my parents to a store, find one they can navigate that is not integral to having an internet connection and will spend 10 times getting that compared to any Kogan, Google piece of junk worth 400 bucks.

Well worth the price – Easy to set up. Connected to iPhone and iPad and the picture is good even in a semi dark room. A bit finicky with MPEG but acceptable. Sound OK. Very good value at $249.

This week no internet or phone reception since Monday AGAIN but this time when we spoke to kogan they said there is no outage or reception problem IN OUR AREA!!

WHAT???? Clearly there is a problem because my husband and I have no internet and phone reception FOR NOW THE 8TH DAY IN TWO WEEKS!!!!! Zero stars@$=÷!#

Update 27/6/25: Ps ... We've had no internet 2 weeks running, the internet reception has just been turned on for the first time today Friday afternoon, but I've checked the kogan website and look! I've posted a new photo of kogan saying next week there is another outage again. Yep these guys are the worst phone company hands down.

cause a bit of a mess. So the mopping mode does a reasonable job, not as good as the bucket and mop! Today it cleaned for 1.5 hours. It does not keep the map so you can’t say go to a specific room, it did only cost $260.

The parcel arrived this morning, Thursday, 20 Aug 2026. Unpacked, packing removed and then after washing I made my first Cappachino. It was delicious. Cleaned the nozzle etc. And it was ready to make the next cup. Regards Terry

inconvenient and not ergonomic to use, and the dust bin is horrendous. Spreads dust everywhere when you empty it, inside lining comes out. Only reason I kept it was because Kogan wanted me to pay to return it. I had a great one from them before that, and really wish I could just buy that model again, but that's not available anymore, only this rip off cr#p.

Update: Kogan reached out only to end up saying: "we apologise that your experience did not meet your expectations". Just a waste of time and money and will definitely make me reconsider purchasing from them in the future.

Update 2: panel pixels died, plastic casing came apart and locks broke. Before that when removing lid to empty it dirt would fall off. This thing came completely undone in less than a year. Never buying anything Kogan branded again.
