Building a home can be a stressful journey, however the AusDream team always took the time to answer our questions, address concerns and work through any challenges that arose during the process.

What impressed us most was their commitment after handover. Whenever we identified any minor items that required attention, the team responded promptly and arranged the necessary rectifications without unnecessary delays. Their after-sales service and willingness to stand behind their work gave us confidence that they genuinely care about their clients even after construction is completed.

The quality of workmanship, communication throughout the build and the support provided by Sudipto and his team made the experience a positive one for our family.

And now no response despite nearly 60 emails, phone calls and texts. If I could give -10 rating I would. We have now been left to deal with and fix the problem ourselves.
