just completed the Pre-Construction stage of our build. Like any major project there are always challenges along the way however [Name Removed], our Customer Service Consultant, has handled these exceptionally well. Frequent communication particularly on what has been completed, what was next and timeframes for each step, was done very well and much appreciated. The only real delays we experienced were related to the final construction drawings and a supplier change that impacted some of our internal selections. Both these were managed very well by [Name Removed] and in the overall project whilst annoying, they were relatively minor. Clarendon have great house designs and are very accommodating with customer requested changes. Whilst this is very important to us, the most important aspect is delivery of a quality build at a reasonable price. They were upfront about everything which I really appreciated. whenever i had a question they got back to me pretty quickly, never felt like i was being left in the dark. The build quality is really good. I dropped by the site a few times during construction and you could just tell the work was being done properly. No cutting corners, materials looked solid and the finishing came out really neat. And they actually finished on time!! I was shocked because everyone I know who built had delays but not us. They did not bother even to responded. Be careful buying the building lot from Peet developers as they do not provide what you are paying for. They do not give you the option to exclude fencing and landscaping form the contract, but they do not deliver.
