Nearly 5 ago, I thought myself smart enough to chose my own builder for my first home, and ended up with Vasko Spaseski's Inspired Homes. Simply, Spaseski then ruined my life. He cost me over $100,000 in building reports, legal fees, interest and rent, and finally reduced me to living on a floor in my cousin's spare room. He then put Inpsired into administration and left me with a defect riddled half-built property.

Hardie specIfications. We have a main bedroom door that will not shut We have a rubbish pile not removed after 4 months. Plaster on windows , paint on concrete , concrete on fence. Rust on tiles. Our builder thinks that filling up a gap near the roof with silicone (that happened after the Matrix board Sprung out ) is acceptable on a $800,000 home. These are just some examples of many more problems we had.
