The entire team did a fantastic job, but special mention goes to Dheeraj and Nishant, who were the site supervisors throughout the build. They were outstanding in bringing our custom home to life. They were always open to our requests, attentive to detail, and consistently going above and beyond to deliver more than we expected.

What also stood out was the after-build support. They’ve been responsive and proactive in coming back to address the minor issues that naturally came up, which gave us a lot of confidence even after handover.

$3.5m - $4.0m for a significantly smaller number of square meters, and IMSU have contracted to build a larger home for less than half that price (which was of course totally outside our budget). It's also worth mentioning that our land is down an alley in an inner city suburb so most volume builders didn't want to touch our project. Never met a builder who offers a refund and yet refuses to reply to my emails once I’ve signed the cancellation deed. Been nearly 1 year since we requested to cancel. Took 2 months to get the deed. And now no response despite nearly 60 emails, phone calls and texts. If I could give -10 rating I would. We contacted the contractor multiple times via phone, SMS, and email requesting that he come and inspect the problem. Despite repeated attempts, we received little to no response and no effort was made to address the issue.

We have now been left to deal with and fix the problem ourselves.
