Cole (Design & Sales Consultant) we felt guided with clear process, supported with "can do" attitude and stress-free approach. Design was done taking into consideration our needs and requirements with some very useful and practical suggestions from Rob. Prestart and Client Liaison team was no different. Danielle, Shannon and Chloe were very helpful and quick in their responses, which made the construction process smooth and effective. Once the construction started, Chris Bishop (Construction Supervisor) got involved with an amazing proactive approach, excellent communication and knowledgeable advice. Building a home can be a stressful journey, however the AusDream team always took the time to answer our questions, address concerns and work through any challenges that arose during the process.

What impressed us most was their commitment after handover. Whenever we identified any minor items that required attention, the team responded promptly and arranged the necessary rectifications without unnecessary delays. Their after-sales service and willingness to stand behind their work gave us confidence that they genuinely care about their clients even after construction is completed.

Never met a builder who offers a refund and yet refuses to reply to my emails once I’ve signed the cancellation deed. Been nearly 1 year since we requested to cancel. Took 2 months to get the deed. And now no response despite nearly 60 emails, phone calls and texts. If I could give -10 rating I would. So glad I have decided to not build with them, if we are struggling now I can only imagine how the build would go. Even pre Covid we were having issues with them. Disaster of a company.
