They were upfront about everything which I really appreciated. whenever i had a question they got back to me pretty quickly, never felt like i was being left in the dark. The build quality is really good. I dropped by the site a few times during construction and you could just tell the work was being done properly. No cutting corners, materials looked solid and the finishing came out really neat. And they actually finished on time!! I was shocked because everyone I know who built had delays but not us. Hardie specIfications. We have a main bedroom door that will not shut We have a rubbish pile not removed after 4 months. Plaster on windows , paint on concrete , concrete on fence. Rust on tiles. Our builder thinks that filling up a gap near the roof with silicone (that happened after the Matrix board Sprung out ) is acceptable on a $800,000 home. They did not bother even to responded. Be careful buying the building lot from Peet developers as they do not provide what you are paying for. They do not give you the option to exclude fencing and landscaping form the contract, but they do not deliver.
