difference. We are incredibly happy and grateful to McDonald Jones Homes (MJH) for making our entire home-building journey such a smooth, positive and memorable experience.

We signed our contract in September 2025 and received the keys to our beautiful new home in October 2026. From the beginning through to handover, the entire process was well managed, and we couldn't be happier with the experience.

The biggest highlight of our journey was undoubtedly our exceptional Site Supervisor, Zaid Loraichi.

It is rare to come across someone who combines professionalism, genuine care, honesty, integrity and dedication to their work as naturally as Zaid does.

From the moment he took responsibility for our build, Zaid gave us complete confidence that our home was in the best possible hands. He was always approachable, friendly, considerate, patient and, above all, genuinely committed to delivering a quality home.

What truly set Zaid apart was his outstanding communication. Almost every week, without us having to chase him, he kept us informed of the construction progress through messages, photographs and regular updates. This transparency meant so much to us, especially during a process where homeowners can often feel anxious or uncertain about what is happening on-site.

Zaid was proactive, responsive and always willing to answer our questions. He never made us feel that our concerns were too small or unimportant. He listened, explained things clearly and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the journey.

His commitment to quality was equally impressive. He paid attention to the details, maintained high standards and made sure the work was completed properly, without compromising on quality. He took genuine ownership of the project and treated our home with the care and responsibility we would expect from someone building their own.

Another remarkable aspect was his ability to keep the project on schedule. Despite the complexities that can come with building a new home, Zaid ensured that construction progressed efficiently and that our home was delivered on time, without unnecessary delays.

What we appreciated most, however, was not just his technical knowledge or project management skills, but the kind of person he is. Zaid is genuinely honest, trustworthy, respectful and thoughtful. His sincerity and dedication were evident in every interaction. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel reassuring and enjoyable.

We genuinely feel blessed and fortunate to have had Zaid as our Site Supervisor. He is an incredible asset to McDonald Jones Homes, and anyone fortunate enough to have him supervising their build is in exceptionally good hands.

We would also like to sincerely thank the broader MJH team for making the process seamless, well coordinated and enjoyable, from signing the contract through to receiving our keys.

They did not bother even to responded. Be careful buying the building lot from Peet developers as they do not provide what you are paying for. They do not give you the option to exclude fencing and landscaping form the contract, but they do not deliver.
