Like any major project there are always challenges along the way however [Name Removed], our Customer Service Consultant, has handled these exceptionally well. Frequent communication particularly on what has been completed, what was next and timeframes for each step, was done very well and much appreciated. The only real delays we experienced were related to the final construction drawings and a supplier change that impacted some of our internal selections. Both these were managed very well by [Name Removed] and in the overall project whilst annoying, they were relatively minor. Clarendon have great house designs and are very accommodating with customer requested changes. Whilst this is very important to us, the most important aspect is delivery of a quality build at a reasonable price. It was one of the highlights if our build. We did have some delays due to weather and trade shortages but our site supervisor Mitch was very good at relaying any information he had.
