dealt with multiple different staff members rather than having a single point of contact, which led to conflicting information being provided. At times, I was told not to communicate directly with the original company and to go through the collection agency only, yet later advised to contact the company myself to organise rectification. This lack of consistency contributed to unnecessary delays and confusion. Response times were also poor. I often had to follow up multiple times for updates or confirmation, which added to the stress of an already difficult situation. There were also issues with the payment process. After the matter was reviewed and the amount adjusted, the payment link was not updated to reflect the correct balance, despite the discrepancy being clear. This made the process more complicated than it needed to be. Additionally, the PayTo payment setup was not straightforward and raised concerns, even with my bank, as it was unclear what the arrangement involved. A simpler and clearer payment method would have been preferable. To be fair, the matter was eventually resolved, and the account was closed once payment was made. However, the overall process lacked clarity, consistency, and efficiency. Based on my experience, I would be hesitant to use this agency again or recommend them.

said to give her 2 weeks I called her after 2 weeks and she tells me that the defaults have been cleared of my name and I owe her 3 thousand dollars. She said to give it 2 weeks for it to show it’s cleaned after 2 weeks everything looked the same I contacted her and again made up excuses and lies I than spoke pantherafinance and sorted my matter with them and cleaned my defaults and went on 80$ a month payment plan and had my debt 50% waved off.
