a high powered presentation, and strongly pressured to sign up for around $3,000 for 3 years. Because I failed to agree to sign , I was transferred to another representative, who was even more skilled and persuasive, but I still refused & declined to join. About 3 months later i was sent emails recommending stocks, and rung once again. I believe the stocks they recommended are well researched , but the high pressure sales tactics put me off. My review basically is good research, good timing, buy very high pressure sales people.

they call despite asking numerous to take me off the call list. It's genuine harassment . Any business that harassess people this much obviously doesn't have the record to attract customers so they have to resort to relentless harassment and high pressure sales tactics to make money. Avoid this business like the plague as they are the lowest of the low.

absolute understatement. It’s like someone thought the whole thing up in between playing bingo and an episode of Home & Away. Intuitive - no! User friendly - no! Transparent on trades and activity - no! Find the info you want - good luck! Support page - umm! Helpline - help yourself. Are the prices accurate and live - well they are fine if you don’t mind missing margins or are happy to use another app or the relevant updates to get live pricing. It’s everything you want if you enjoy a couple of clunky screens to cover every aspect of your large, dynamic and valuable stock portfolio. But you do get Qantas Frequent Flyer points and that makes up for everything you’re missing of course; so with $2 trades a great great grandchild should be able to take a commuter flight around 2047. Try something that ‘Moos’. I have. And I don’t write reviews unless I mean them.

Since then, I have modified my security software but the problem persists. Increasingly, I have been unable to view either my portfolio or my watchlists, so information needed for selling or buying is not available. Every time I notify Bell Direct I am provided with concern and platitudes. I have been unable to access either portfolio or watchlists since Thursday last week. Today, I learn that account holders with an "international account" all seem to have this problem. Draw your own conclusions.

sales consultant or sales director of Stock Specialist has overpromised his Active Service package including quarterly review of porfolio, 5-10 monthly trading opportunities recommended by phone or emails, utilizing their portpolio construction services. None of these are happening. I have contacted him for the refund as I did not receive the services after a couple of months. He then advised me the trading opportunities are delivered directly to the platform dash board. This is exactly the same platform I can see as a normal member. I don't need to pay another $1500 to see the same thing. I have emailed him for the refund a few times but like most of other customers making complain - get nothing back.
If the company director cannot keep his promise and provides mis-leading information, your team, services and products are also not trustworthy. I always believe in Karma. Whatever you took from me in an un-ethical way, you will lose somewhere more.

simply trying to change a funding account across to new bank for over a week now. Supplied all the paperwork and there was a lot to change the bank account to PAY them.... and now they are asking for same things again from me when it was all sorted from the last useless conversation with their email 'support'. So frustrating. I dont have time for this. I just want to change the bank account details. Next step will be to close down the account but I can only imagine how much harder that will be.

I decided I didn't want to renew my subscription, so I logged into my account to cancel. I spent over 15 minutes clicking through every single bloody menu and account setting looking for a simple "Cancel Membership" button. It doesn't exist. They make it incredibly easy to sign up online with a few clicks, but deliberately remove any online cancellation option, forcing you to email or call them to beg to be let go.
This is a highly unethical business practice designed purely to create friction so people give up and get charged again.
I had to resort to sending a formal legal demand citing Australian Consumer Law and ACCC guidelines on misleading conduct just to force them to stop my auto-renewal. I have also paid for my current term upfront, which is valid until June 23, 2026. I have had to explicitly warn them in writing not to illegally cut off my access early just because I refused their auto-renewal trap.
If a digital financial company cannot provide a transparent digital exit button in 2026, they do not deserve your business. Completely dodgy and unethical.

I sent them a query some weeks ago but got no response. Some might think that an anomaly like this, lowers the trustworthiness of everything they report.
