frustrating and unreliable. Their website and emails confidently state “not to worry, there are more available in the area,” which turned out to be completely misleading. Availability was nowhere near what was advertised, and there seemed to be little to no effort to verify the actual status of their hosts before taking bookings. What’s most concerning is that it feels like they are quick to take your money without ensuring they can deliver on what’s promised. When issues arise, responsiveness is poor, and there’s no sense of accountability or urgency to resolve problems. Overall, a very disappointing experience that I would not recommend. 1 star

Initially it said 3 minutes away but the estimated time kept going up, I look on the app and the driver was driving away from me. The time kept going up so I called him and he answered and said he was 3 minutes away even though it said 9 minutes on the app. I watched his car pull into a random street and then start heading back towards me. At this point I’m going to be late. Two blocks away from my house he turns the wrong way again drives to a random side street again. I call him again and he answers and says he’s nearly there. At this point it’s been almost 30 minutes when it said 3 minutes when he accepted the trip. At this point there is no longer any point getting the DiDi because I’ve missed the first aid course. I cancel the trip. There is no way at all to talk to anyone from didi as it is all automated. I go through the app to say that I’m dissatisfied and I get a $5 coupon that I will never use because I’m deleting the app and will never use didi again.

missed a flight due to 13CABS not picking me up to make my connecting transportation which was planned to the minute to get me to Tullarmarine. If I could put zero stars I would but you know these systems, they require some score. Pointless. Truly pointless with 13CABS because if their drivers don't want to pick you up, they are not compelled to in any way. It's ridiculous!! Make a booking in their app SHOULD = GET PICKED UP. It does not. But not does booking with other app based ride sharing companies like DiDi or Uber. I've had both of those companies stuff me over in different ways. Back to 13CABS. I had a driver at the end of my local train line arrive only because the operator kept telling me "there are three cars logged in at that location right now!!" And there were NO CABS. This man drove around the corner at well over the 40 km speed limit for the Railway station precinct and insisted I pay him more than triple the regular price of the fair because, and I quote him directly, "You made them call me and I was at the club with my friends!! I had to leave the club and having the fun because you tell them I'm not here when I was here!! You pay me three times or you walk!" I am disabled and walking is very difficult for me and this was just after 01:00 (am) on a Saturday night. There should've been cabs around at that time. I had $30 in my wallet which was the equivalent of triple the regular cost for a trip to the station from my home. This fella drove me home and needed to refund me over half that $30 as, even with the late night flag fall, it was only a $12:60 trip and he was ranting and raving the whole way about needing to "leave the club and not being in the club!" 13CABS MUST CHANGE ITS JINGLE BECAUSE ITS A LIE! They are a scam of a company and won't guarantee you a trip in one of their cabs.

contacted Coach Hire to cancel immediately only to be told I now have to pay as it has a 30 days non refundable policy. This is a joke. I don't know too many tourism companies unless it's a big multi day tour where it's non refundable if cancelled between 14-30 days. I will never ever use this company again. We also had a previous terrible experience with them and a bus and driver that they provided for one of our tours and we got nothing but complaints. The bus was grotty, the driver swerving as he was struggling to stay awake. Keep away from this company, they are dodgy and will take your money.

after waiting for an hour for a car to accept the job, the taxi got within four kilometres of the pick up location.. then seven... then nine. I rang through and was told by the automated system that I'd already been picked up. I well and truly had not I was still freezing on the side of the road waiting. The operator then must have put me back on the bottom of the list because I was then going to be waiting another 17 km of travelling time before I was to be picked up. I called the customer line and asked for some sort of discount as I was now about ninety minutes from the time I placed the booking, and still had 15 minutes or so left to wait. I was told I could haggle with the driver that was my only option. I'm not going to do this, the guy is trying to feed his family etc and it's not the same driver that bailed in the prior car, so it's not his fault. And it ran the risk of an argument or confrontation and no one should have to deal with that when either at work, or trying to pay $80 to just get to the shops! I rang again and tried to explain that and was again told to haggle with the hard working driver. Any other service industry business would have offered 25% to 50% off the trip for the head ache, especially when my trips are on rare occasion below triple figure payments. An offer of a 10% discount would have made me feel like I was validated and actually heard, instead of being brushed off and made to feel as though my money and my time and my position as a "valued" customer actually meant something. Poor poor administrative work (I'm guessing this is why the original kerfuffle occured) and terrible customer service. Severely disappointed.

He wanted me to go to Grsb website and follow the prompts. But ther was no such category for me to lodge a complaint. All these guys are frauds. I had a different experience with Uber . So guys be very very careful with these guys. For emergency there is no way of connecting them.

at 06:00 in Athens. I have timestamped photos proving this, plus a message sent at 06:28 confirming we were in the arrivals hall after clearing customs and collecting luggage for a family of five. The driver was nowhere to be seen.
We waited in the arrivals hall from 06:30 onwards and never saw him. At 07:15, a kind gentleman at the airport called the driver (“Tzoulio”), who admitted he had already left after “less than an hour” of waiting despite MyTransfers’ own policy allowing up to 60 minutes wait time after landing. I have a photo at 07:25 still in the airport waiting for a pickup that never came.
Key facts • No missed calls from the driver (proven with my call log). • No text, WhatsApp, or email attempt to reach me, despite MyTransfers having my contact info. • I contacted MyTransfers directly from the airport asking where the driver was and was told he “should be in the arrivals hall with a sign” he wasn’t. • The driver left before the full waiting period expired. • Just because the driver claims to have been there at some point does not mean the service was delivered. I was not picked up.
When I contacted MyTransfers for a refund, they repeatedly sent copy-and-paste template responses claiming “service was provided,” completely ignoring all my evidence timestamped photos, call logs, and even their own policy wording.
This company took my money, failed to provide the service, refused to take accountability, and ignored clear proof that I was where I was supposed to be, within the correct timeframe.
MyTransfers’ behaviour is unacceptable, disgraceful, and unethical. I am now pursuing a dispute through my payment provider, filing a complaint with consumer protection authorities, and considering a police report for theft of service.
Do not trust MyTransfers if anything goes wrong, they will deny responsibility, ignore your evidence, and hide behind template emails. There are far more reliable transfer companies out there.
