incorrectly for my email custom domain) they were able to diagnose the issue and step in to update the records for me so that I was able to receive client emails again. Support for tickets was actioned round the clock so ticketing 24/7 customer service really did what it said on the tin.

I will be moving the rest of stuff from Namecheap to DreamIT by December. Their technical support (including explanations) have been good so I can learn how to do more of the configuration myself over time.

Had an issue with one of my sites and as usual, UpTime were on to it with a perfect result! Thanks guys, superb service with that good 'ol Aussie "She'll be right mate!" attitude. Nothing's too hard for these geniuses at UpTime. Greg

to gain working credentials to login to maintain my website via FTP has proved fruitless and I still can't login; I was charged, by auto renal, for a website hosting that Crazy Domains then promptly removed; and I was charged for re-hosting my website, when I was perfectly capable of doing so myself. Multiple email attempts to contact their staff have been ignored.

when I try to speak to my account manager, who I believe is [Name Removed]. I cannot get his contact details; apparently there is only one [Name Removed] working in the whole of Vodien, so I do not need his surname. Time to look for a new provider.

lag, lost accounts, recurring missing emails despite whitelisting, I could go on and on. Their tech support is belligerent, unprofessional and lacks any understanding of how their servers and systems work. They are more interested in trying to out-tech-talk you than solve the problem (they of course couldn't' with me as I clearly knew more about their system than they did). I have spent hours over days and weeks and months onto years, dealing with an unqualified series of "Support" staff that just don't care to solve the issues. There is no recourse to escalate the problem as well. I even searched for a Corporate Head Office phone number or email. None exist which is dubious in that alone! In all cases, the best recourse was to guide my clients to move their domains to other providers and they are so happy with that result and they don't have to pay me to resolve any issues because all of their problems went away with the new providers. That didn't stop Bluehost from continuing to bill these clients months later. Very dishonest! DO NOT SIGN UP WITH BLUEHOST!!!

lost data to restore service after outage. Last 6 month emails from panthur email server are marked by spamaus for spam resulting in emails to outlook, gmail and hotmail being blocked. Paid 12mth upfront for server and used 2 months and they refused to refund. Support takes days at times to repsond. Do your self a favour and go elsewhere.

domain names are moved in 5-7 days but after 12 days my domains are still "pending". I cannot cancel the order or move them anywhere else.

2. They claim 24 7 support. In my opinion this is a lie. They have a picture of a phone but you can only raise a ticket or a chat. Using the chat will not get you to a person but only the offer of an email - which you will never get. Raising a ticket gets you a glib response and told to check the FAQs.

I am now still stuck waiting for these people to finish the transfers so I can go somewhere else.

company even does that ?? Their 'Live Status Page' is a complete fraud. Their page reports everything operational, zero problems reported, yet, 4 of my sites are down, and on hold for 40+ minutes waiting for tech support, so clearly it's not just our site. And finally, they did a back end server migration a few months ago and destroyed our IMAP email server, requiring it to be manually rebuilt and emails from archives to be restored. This took days and many many messages. Avoid this company if you need a reliable, honest company..... (Still waiting on hold, still no email / web hosting, their status page still says all operational, no fault reports.........
