purchased a new domain, an auto-renewal was somehow enabled on this old domain without my knowledge. Only seven hours after the charge was processed, I contacted customer support to explain that I no longer owned or used the domain and requested a refund.

Despite the renewal having only just occurred and the domain being of no use to me, they refused to issue a refund.

I find it incredibly disappointing that auto-renew can be enabled in a way that isn't obvious to customers, resulting in unexpected charges. It feels like a very unfair business practice.

I'm extremely disappointed with both the billing process and the lack of customer service. As a result, I will never purchase another domain through Crazy Domains or use any of their services again.

I’m forced to change my work and personal numbers because Hostgator apparently sold my personal data to Asian marketing companies that harass their customers with robocalls and email nonstop. Could not get an explanation from Panthur about why this happened as I was very concerned about security. I have since moved all my hosting to VentraIP who have been fantastic and prompt.
