Sadly I have to write these comments. I have grave concerns when a company refuses to answer phone calls and emails. I have tried on numerous occasions to contact their staff regarding issues. All I am able to do is leave messages on answering machines. Not once have they responded. The receptionists are fine, however, are unable to answer my questions.
Strata Managers can be very busy at times. Our manager has 90 strata's in his portfolio so I can only imagine the stress involved. However, unit owners do have a right to connect with their managers, particularly on important issues, not sure how though.
I do not accept this explanation. I have tried to contact the manager on other occasions and all I get is an answer machine. I find this an unhealthy way to conduct a business. I pay for their services.
