18 month old. Battery gauge and energy panel switches on, as soon as i go to cycle it turns off. Battery fully charged.

What happens if it gets left in the rain? Want to ride it to n from work but worried it might rain.

Appropriate environment: Do not use the e-bike (battery) in the rain, in a waterlogged area, or in temperatures outside the appropriate temperature range from -10°C to 50°C. The best temperature range is between 0°C and 40°C, too cold or too hot temperatures will affect the battery efficiency and life.

Hi the key pad on my bike has cracked, is a replacement part available? and how is it installed. I have two bikes with the same problem so this is not an uncommon Problem! The bikes are out of warranty :(

any ideas on how to pair my Estate City to Zippo app. I have made sure full battery and placed iPhone alongside bike. I have restarted both iPhone and bike. I have turned off Bluetooth on iPhone and restarted bluetooth. I even tried a second iPhone but still no pairing. I think the bike connector is faulty.
Is there another app other than Zippo? When I download Zippo and open the app it goes straight to search rather than allow any setup
Any ideas gratefully accepted

So this bike is on sale at my local Aldi for $650. Would you recommend? I want to use it to ride to and from work about 15k round trip with one steep hill . Thanks
No I most definently would NOT reccomend it. Read my review and the reviews of others and you will see why you shouldn't buy it

can the seat be changed?
I just got given a men's bike by a friend and I'm just wondering if it's still in its box how much of an effort will take for me to put it together myself being a woman and someone who said never had any to do with putting any together in her life what do you say my chances are
I suggest you get someone who knows about bikes to assist you. It’s a little tricky in places and you need a little patience. In particular, getting the brakes properly adjusted should be done by someone who has experience.
Dose the Men's come with a rack I hope to be be running saddle bag's ?
It doesn't come with a rack.
What store has one
Looks like the Crank has given up on my Mens E Bike. Can I return it to the purchase store with receipt for a full refund?
