Hi I have a OSHC and now I want to apply for OVHC. My question is that this issurance covers the pregency in a public hospital.???

Yes they cover for pregnancy but some public hospital require upfront payment and you claim for reimbursement. The problem is claiming your medical expenses because the claims never get processed and you keep following up but they just ignore your concerns. And hospital bills are so expensive. How do I find a dentist covered by Allianz. I am not finding a tool like the “find a doctor” option. I have the plan that covers dental.
Also, why can’t I create an account on the app, it says my information is wrong but I’ve used it before to confirm my details over the phone.

NEVER AGAIN ALLIANCE:
I went to see my doctor for a cold, cost $ 79.00 dollars medicine $ 29.00 dollars makes $ 109.00 dollars.
After weeks and a request, Ridiculous $ 38.00 dollars was transferred. The contract is 100% pay on each medical bill.
I miss a whole $ 71.00 dollars. Allianz Thanks for nothing

Hi, my mom has a OVHC budget plan. When she was sick, we took her to the GP first but she didn't feel better with the antibiotics. She felt very ill and had a chest pain so we had to take her to a public hospital emergency department . They did so many tests the invoice of which I am still waiting for. She was discharged the same day. My question is - would she be able to claim the amount as it was an emergency situation even though she was discharged the same day?

Is it possible, to buy the insurance and keep paying the premiums till the waiting period is over. Once the waiting period is over, then plan for the travel to Australia on Non Working Visitor's visa ?

Hi, your OVHC Policy is only valid whilst you hold a current eligible visa and have paid the full premium required.
However, your waiting period is calculated as 12 months (or, for psychiatric, rehabilitative or palliative care, 2 months) commencing from:
• The date you arrived into Australia
• The date your eligible visa was granted, or
• The date your policy commenced
Whichever is the later date. Therefore paying for a policy whilst you are not in Australia purely to serve the waiting period will not be any benefit to you.
