Wondering why my Spa package has been sitting at The Port Melbourne Depot for 12 days now ? I've been lied to twice telling me that it was at my local depot ?? But couldn't tell me what Courier Depot that was meant to be....hmmmm After calling Catch again before they told me that they will investigate it and that it was still in the Port Melbourne Depot. Don't understand why I was lied to by both a Catch staff member and an Allied Express Staff member saying that it was at my local depot and should be delivered with a couple of days ... So tomorrow is Friday ...still haven't received it yet so as Allied only deliver m-f 9am-5pm...and not weekends.... I will be ringing yet again if it's not here . Cant keep blaming covid etc for late deliveries..... especially when Xmas is only a couple of weeks away,why aren't Allied putting more staff on,or extend the delivery hours and for delivering over the weekend as well if things are so bad. Plenty of people wanting jobs . So what's the excuses???? .

A friend is sending me a package. Got an email from you. Asking me to pay €1,300 before it will be sent on from Rome. Why do I have to this.
....why not leave the delivery outside the front door? Waste of everyone's time if it's going to go back then have to submit for redelivery. And getting someone to sign is really just a lame excuse imo. But whatever.... Seriously it's not like the parcel will get stolen well it's unlikely but I'd rather that then have to go through this hassle. Would make life easier.
Did you give them permission to leave your package if no one was home? You can grant permission through the AE app.
I didn't know I was recieving my package through AE. Thanks for the heads up, I'll try that out with my submission for redelivery

been on the phone to your rude staff for 5 days now trying to find out where are parcel is to have the phone put down on me each time, and told it hasnt ben picked up yet even though it says it has, refuse to put you through to escalation's team or a manager. Get the supplier to contact them to find out yes it has been collected ( which supllier knows as got the paper work) so it has to be in depot somewhere will look for it. Never ever have I dealt with such a company totally disgusting customer care. So question is where is my parcel and when is it being delivered?????
more than likely your parcel has either been lost or it has been delivered to a different address.
tracker shows the package as picked up, but alliedexpress claim that they didnt, so I ask when are you going to pick it up then and they put the phone down,

How does this terrible company still exist and why do Australia’s leading retailers use them? It isn’t COVID or boarder closures or even flooding that is the issue. It is your incompetence as a business on the whole.

Allied Express received my parcel shipment no NEW547659 over 2 weeks ago and it is still sitting at their depot in Melbourne. Their customer service phone number either doesn't answer or you are put on hold for ever. Query on their tracking website advised it is still at their depot. This is not "EXPRESS" freight this is non existent freight. If they don't get it moving I will put a complaint in to the ACCC. The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) states in their website: By virtue of this law, businesses (especially freight forwarders) should NOT accept payment if they do not intend to supply the products or services stated in their contract within the time frame indicated. Any business who does not comply with these standards are to be reported to the authorities for them to be investigated.
Yeah I’ve been on the phone to them all day. Calling, emailing, messaging them and Kmart (who I brought from and used this service) I’m supposed to receive my delivery today but we will see! Currently went from the driver having 4 deliveries on board to now 6. Yesterday was supposed to be delivered but they said “there’s no room left of the truck” can you believe that crap? Anyways. I’ll wait and see what I get today!

This company is a joke. I bought from Kmart too, on January 18th. I live 3 hours away in the same state as there Rocklea depot in QLD. It is still sitting their over 2 weeks later after pick up. Today is February 3rd and still hasn't moved. Estimated Delivery Date says 25/01/2021...It's not good enough.
Same problem. I live 30mins from Rocklea Depot. My item has been there since 20/1 (now 23/2). They left a card in my mailbox stating they had attempted a delivery, but no one was home. We were home all day. That was on 5/2, still no delivery. They are quite rude when you dare to complain!!
I would suggest all aggrieved online shoppers take it up with the retailer. It is the retailers responsibility to ensure goods purchased are delivered within a reasonable time (given they choose the courier). All one has to do if there is an unreasonable delay is to notify the retailer that you seek a refund as the purchased goods were for a specific purpose for a specific time.

Ordered 11/1....Estimated delivery date by Allied Express 15/1, Today 28/1 got a call from Allied saying they will be there to deliver by 3pm today, waited at home it is now 5pm and no one showed.... This crap by allied is now bordering on criminal behaviour
You think you've waiting for a long time ..... I ordered a daybed on 02/12/2020, estimated delivery date 15/12/20, received 1 box out of 3 boxes on 07/01/21, still waiting for the remainder!! Put in another enquiry to them yesterday, still l nothing! I agree with you re their behaviour. Wonder if all those 'fantastic' reviews have been made up!
How does an item sit at your Melbourne depot for 6 days with no update or movement of the package. No reply to emails and can't even speak to someone even after being on hold for over an hour. .

Has anyone actually gone to the depot and demanded pick up? I’ve been told they won’t let you collect, but am tempted to drive the 25mins and give it a crack
I doubt they would know where your items are. I know someone in the trade that went to one of Allied Warehouses once for work and they said it was a massive hanger with 1000’s of boxes all over the place - basically a total mess. Boxes everywhere and no one knew what anything was and where is should be going. Sounds about right as they have lost 6 of my packages so far with no response regarding when they might get around to finding them. I wouldn’t waste your time going over there personally.
I went and I did get it!! But coped a huge amount of abuse and threats from the owner of the company

Hi. I’m wondering where my deliveries are. I’ve spoken with your customer service with no response. I paid hundreds in delivery, for these to not be delivered.

They have a website but its useless always down still trying to find out what happened to my delivery ,am sick of the anxiety ofno answers. All this missing stock must be somewhere but they don't care. Best of luck
