Why should I have to pay $30 to get a valuation certificate from Angus n Coote for a pair of white gold n diamond stud earrings !!! Very disappointed by this service n not sure if I would shop there again.

Bought a Police watch from Mirrabooka store and it was faulty. First I was told that the battery was flat, the second time 1 month later thei says they needed to send it away to get fixed. After 5 weeks I was told that they can’t repair it and that I could choose another one under same brand. Fair trading says it has to the same item or offered a refund. Does the store have to comply with fair trading as they are faffing us around..
