I really am just curious how you have such a large share value in Australia? There really needs to be a Four Corners documentary about you. And your customer service is basically a FU to the customers. How with a 1.2 rating do you manage to never improve. Over 10 years I have been receiving the nightmare that my package will be delivered by Aramex. Now every time I have a supplier who uses Aramex I have told I will take my business elsewhere. It is safer and faster to order from China or America.

I had a really bad experience with Aramex. It is very dissappointing to see the not even one notification about packages were sent to me. My packages were about to sent back.
I sent a parcel from Melbourne to Brisbane on 18/12/24 it's now the 30th of Dec and my parcel hasn't arrived in Brisbane. Aramex is the worst transport company is oz has been that way for a few years. I would never had used these idiots, but had no choice because I was returning an item & unfortunately other party used Aramex

Hi all dear friend someone who’s using Aramex services and facing issues with the parcel do not updating or not shipping waiting the parcel more than 1 week ? Try many way to get help with parcel or parcel status , customer services, email, calling but the end look like still same do not help, if yes you’re same like me, can I know how you solve this issue, I’m happy to wait but I waiting about 2 weeks and do not get any response. I don’t know what can I do. Thank you
There is nothing you can do unfortunately apart from keep messaging them or calling their support line and waiting for your delivery . I had no satisfaction in their response so I just went to their Perth depot and picked up my parcel. Sorry I couldn't help you in your delivery problem.
I did, I called 4-5 times Email 4-5 times But look like useless at all My parcel from outside Australia shipping to Melbourne Take 4 days to arrive Australia Sydney (12 days ago) After this no more updating, now the parcel still at Sydney Aramex office waiting for delivery I try to looking different courier pickup from Aramex Sydney store and delivery to me but Aramex not allow to also not deliver and holding my parcel, I don’t know what can I do..
Contact the seller and get a refund. Then buy the same item from a different seller, and ensure they don't use Aramex. Thats what I did. Second delivery came by Australia Post in a timely manner and accurate tracking.
This my first time using Aramex and treat me really bad experience.The parcel my family sending to me from oversea to Melbourne and shipping on 4 November. I though I receive my parcel within 7-10days. My parcel arriving Sydney at 8 November and still waiting for shipping at Sydney. Maybe they not enough driver to deliver or what I not sure. I’m waiting my parcel 2 weeks long now. I have to wait until next week if they start to shipping on next week then I’ll receive my parcel on next week but if they not start to shipping on next week I have to wait until December then.I wish I can receive my parcel before Christmas.

Why doesn't their "Arrange Redelivery" form work anymore? It's been broken for at least two months now. I know this because of the hell I've been going through trying to get my packages. Aramex couriers never attempt delivery at my building, it's a large apartment complex and the nearest parking is opposite side of the road, but that's not an issue for Australia Post, but apparently it's a bridge too far for Aramex.
I can't even use the website to arrange redelivery, and when I called, they said it would be redelivered on Friday, surprise surprise, never happened.
Also, why don't they have a complaints team? Every time I ask to raise a complaint, I'm told to go online, but no one ever responds or contacts me or follows up. I refuse to do business willingly with a store that uses Aramex, I may as well just start the chargeback process now.
None of that surprises me. I've had no response to my query about my parcel either. I wish I had seen all the negative reviews here earlier,then I would have told the seller to not use Aramex! It's amazing how a company like this can even stay in business.

Why had my parcel taken 7 days to travel one hour from Melbourne to Geelong .., it takes 1hour max to drive so surly 7 days from Melbourne total of 14 from Sydney to Geelong yet I can buy things elsewhere and have it delivered from overseas to Geelong in 5 days total … absolutely pathetic got notified and 3pm it was arriving today it’s now 7:45pm and never arrived
It's because they're useless. I have the same problem Sydney to Sydney. Took them 2 weeks!
Worst delevery service ever. The driver came all the way to deliver the product, rings the bell and doesn't even wait for 15-20sec for someone to open the door and drove off. I could see him driving away infront off me, not sure why did he even came all the way to deliver the product? Such a waste of companies money. Not sure how the company even existing in the industry. I think productreview site need to include no star rating, as this company doesn't even deserve 1 star.
When you call there customer support for help, they are not even bothered to resolve the problem and provide the status of the delivery. Its been more that 10days now and I still dont have my product.
Very efficient deliveries. Quan in the driver and is always friendly.

Are you sure you have the right company? These guys are criminals. Read the reviews! I’m also going to A current Affair. Sonething needs to be done. The company I purchased from also only have an off shore call centre for customer service and equally unhelpful, I smell a scam !!

If you get a label number for tracking for Aramex from the seller, does that mean Aramex has the package from the seller?
Obviously not because they have said on three occasions they don’t have it either.
When the seller still calls them the Overnighters and displays Australia Post logo as their carriers you know your in trouble.
I've now got answer from the seller "shipping has been delayed" so in other words they didn't send it

How does a xompany with such bad reviews stay in Business. Are we that slack in Australia that we have to put up with this type os service.
I won’t know tbh …. But you give them the benefit of the doubt and when you experience it first hand , I suppose you sort of agree with the rest of the bad reviews

Consumer Affairs is not interested. Last time I made a complaint to Consumer Affairs Vic they said I could not complain as I was not the one who contracted the delvery company even though I paid for the freight.
Ok, so we ask the companies we buy from to file complaints! This company looks to me beyond a joke, its deliberate. They dont even leave a card or knock on the door.
Bit sad when Australia Post is better.

I have been advised to contact local Aramex via Aramex chatbox. I am based in Melborne. Noone answers Aramex phonecalls. Any inquiries about undelivered parcels have been directed to aramex chatbox. Aramex apparently could not deliver my parcel at the reception of a large double storey medical centre with 3 reception areas. Quite hard to believe. How can i get my parcel stuck at Aramex Melbourne ?
Get the company who sent the parcel to file a complaint with consumer affairs
Why does it take twice as long to get a small parcel to go from Sydney to Dubbo than to took to cross the USA and get to Sydney
