Hi i have a problem with arlo app grant access go into it send my partner email for her to accept she does then goes to create account but then it comes back saying account exists which is incorrect thats for my partner & my son gets same response when creating account this is for security cameras viewing so how do I get both of them to be granted & allowed to view system these are the ultra 2 4k wireless
Arlo has seen fit to delete access to hub library after recent update. My suggestion to all intending to purchase an Arlo product that customers should certainly choose another company. What is the point in spending over 1k and then not having the ability to monitor your security system without a monthly subscription of over $20 AU! The system is now useless.
