My question is to you Product Review. How can this company who has multiple complaints against them (including my own) have 2 more 5 star reviews given at exactly the same time from 2 different states? These 5 star are fake reviews. We are not competitors leaving bad feedback we are honest customers with real complaints. We come to your site to leave real feedback yet it would seem you allow fake reviews to posted. Who are we to believe. For me I now give up!!!

what a surprise 3 more fake 5 star reviews left, all left within an hour of each other. Might be an idea to ask all the happy 5 star review people to post actual pictures of the products they received taken in their homes!!

Bed arrived and mattress was soooo comfortable. The Bed looks the same as the pictures show... just a shade darker then expected but actually a nice colour transd goes with our bedroom. Seriously, some of your pieces are so amazing and different! I will be back next month to get my daughter a queen bed for her birthday. Great quality, great design, prices are perfect. Thank you again!! .

This company is legit fraud, purchase of of $15,000 and it’s been 14 months and still haven’t received, please see photo attached of evidence that reviews below recent ones are all paid for, all the good ones are paid for but have only managed to find most recent add, it has been proven that this company clearly takes your money and eventually does provide product but 14 some even 2 years have been waiting, I have been in touch with a majority of customers and all have experienced the same, not one customer is happy, the only customers that receive there goods straight away get delivered beds that are glad wrapped as ex display but being sold as new, 43 complaints with consumer affairs to date only
From 2018 it’s clear they aren’t doing anything about it but that’s ok, this company is now under police investigation as fraud is jail time. People including me have worked really hard for their money and the owner thinks it’s a joke but she won’t be able to hide for much longer.. when people comment on Facebook about not receiving goods they are deleted and blocked. Her buisness previous to this was taken to court with consumer affairs for putting vouchers on Groupon for a service that didn’t exist and taking people’s money. All the adds in Facebook about products offered aren’t in stock at all but are said they are and then when people message about them fake story that they just sold out, everything is from China it’s on the boxes, the So called 100% Italian leather products aren’t leather and don’t last longer then 6 months and then when you message about issues or problems are they are supposed to have 3 year warranty they are ignored. Harassed to pay in full then wait for that long, shows how broke she is as I have also recently found out she is a drug addict. The only reason she is still open is because no one can get hold of her police, consumer protection etc dogding the system, answers the phone for a sale but not for anything else. I literally challenge you to find one happy customer in the entire period this company has been operating. Her defence to the fake reviews is that they are competitor reviews, I have never known companies to write fake nasty reviews about other companies out of jealousy, and the reality is no other furniture store would be jealous of this company as it’s so corrupt. The furniture is different and completely unique that is why people are drawn to it, but remember people what u are admiring is just a picture the products don’t actually all exist and aren’t in stock. fraud advertising and also fraud timeframes given, I dare you Aura tell people the truth that they have to wait a year. Anyway not much longer, not only will the buisness close but the owner will be enduring legal consequences for this!!

I am also waiting for my bed from one year, no one answering the call or emails or if they answer it after months everytime with new excuses. They keep promising container coming next month next month and it doesn’t come so far. They said I will get my furniture between feb and March and now they are not answering my emails or calls at all as usual. I think, if all act together rather than struggling alone, may be we get our money or furniture back. I already gone though to ACCC in vic, because I live in Vic but they was unable to sort it out and suggested to go to court, because they said they cannot force them, they can just try to sort it out. So I am thinking to go to court, because already waste a year and haven’t got anything back.

I purchased a bed from them back in 2017. Suppose to be 6-8 weeks turned into 16+ then when I did receive the bed it wasn’t the same bed in the picture and was not the colour I ordered. They refused to give me a refund so I went to my bank and requested a chargeback because the item I purchased didn’t match the description I had to give my bank the picture of the bed it was suppose to be the bed I received and got a letter from a company that makes beds who stated it was definitely not the same bed as in the picture. I then got a call from my bank to say they have accepted my request not long after I had a call from aura because my bank had taken back the money so I said they can come pick up there bed ASAP. I also got the delivery driver to sign a form stating the bed was in perfect condition aswell as the boxes because guarantee this is the type of company who would then damage it and make it out I had done it I also took photos before they picked it up so I had proof incase. I don’t know how this business is still operating they are just scum. I have since found the company we’re some of the furniture/bed pictures are from and it’s a business in the uk on Instagram there page is home_living_furniture. My advice is go to your bank and see if they can help you out and request a chargeback.

Like the rest of you, I too have fell victim to this company. I do find it interesting that when this company gets a bad review, suddenly 5, 5 star reviews appear and all have been left on the same day. There is pattern of this happening. Are they fake reviews or real?

The worst customer service you will ever face in your entire life They delivered 2 pieces from one bed and another 2 pieces of bed from a different bed. So parts are unassemblable. Tried to explain the problem and they hung up on me. Gave them a week to fix it but still insisted the bed is correct. They don't do anything except LIE . They keep saying they will fix it just to keep me calm but nothing happens. Have been sleeping on the floor for a week. So I contacted customer protection and I'm preparing my paperwork to send them to the Department of Commerce. Attached the photos as a proof . Don't waste your money and your piece of mind with people like this. Will NEVER recommend them. I'm not very surprised as the only 2 CUSTOMERS WHO GAVE 5 STARS ON GOOGLE REVIEW ARE TEGAN AND ADRIAN. There is already a Tegan and Adrian who work for Bedroom by Aura and I've been in contact with both of them .. FAKING CUSTOMERS REVIEWS???????? WHAT A SHAMEEEEE????????

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM AURA MODERN BEDROOMS. They scam people for personal and private information and have the most appalling customer service. They put "customers" through hell. They take peoples money upfront and do not deliver then you are faced trying to deal with them. When you try and communicate with them they totally ignore and avoid all contact in every way possible DO NOT TRUST AURA MODERN BEDROOMS. Save yourself the hassle and buy elsewhere. The positive comments left on here are from staff only. My experience and research regarding this place is generally everybody has had a bad experience with them. This business will eventually be stopped from operating in particular once the Department of Commerce finish their investigation with them.

I am still waiting, 5 weeks after order placement and payment. They do not communicate and I think their whole service level is terrible. They expect smiling faces and happy voices on the phone even though they mess you around and only give excuses for the never ending delays.

Amazing pricing we furnished our home meeting with the girls and choosing 4 beds we absolutely loved and guess what exactly what we chose arrived . I gave them plenty of time as have been in importing myself and i understand how delays can happen. The store was beautiful , very busy so I suggest make a appointment so you have one on one time with a designer .

Purchased 2 bedroom sets one was delivered strait away , one was made for me and took 7 weeks ( quoted 6 weeks) beds are unique high quality and seriously different from what you will find in australia. I was referred by my brother in law and he was also very happy with the beds he bought from aura, strongly recommend..

This company will threaten you if you make a complaint. Do not trust this company. I encourage those who have been misled, abused and not received what you paid for to seek legal advice or at the least take it further than a review. To those that have an incling to buy there remember you are reading comments backed up by documents and facts. Not emotion. My CCTV has also captured cars parking out front of our house since I complained that we were misled by their advertising and have still not received what we paid for. No, don't ever try to do so. They are entirely bad in their customer service. If there is any problem they will start arguing with you and forcing to accept their decision. They don't come up with a reasonable solution. Their best service is to refund you your money. They don't really give a damn that your time is wasted and you are put down by them.......If I wanted my money in my account I wouldn't buy your item as described in your advertisement or showroom.

I have been in customer service industry for the last 7 years. I know the demand and supply very well and I know what are the expectations of customers from service providers. These guys instead of solving my problem, kept texting me that they did nothing against the law and tried to scare me by bringing legislations and laws.....bla bla bla......

The story begins here: They had auction on Facebook, I won the auction, they charged me the next day, they don't want to give one of the items that was clearly mentioned in the add (why?). That is because another bidder offered extra $600 after almost 30 minutes of the time that the auction was finished. so these guys just arguing on the phone (via text) and forcing me to accept the bed without that part or refund because the auction I won is not what they wanted. They are also giving ridiculous reasons like: it was an error, the manager did not mean that, no one gives that item with the bed, under no circumstance that item will be given.......

I am taking them to the highest level of complaints authorities, as I did to couple of other big companies before and they had to pay for it.

As Ben mentioned above, don't just rely on reviews, take them to complaints authorities. There are set of steps to take these scammers down to a good manner in the community, starting from lodging a complain to the "Consumer Complaint Office" of the Department of Commerce. As mentioned above I did lodge complains against couple of other companies, and it worked perfectly right for me (one was an insurance company, another was a Law Firm company).

Very dodgy people. I made payment of $20050. N aura is saying it was 3500 then emailed it was 4000. I have transaction history. And once they got the money they don’t worry about anyone. They won’t contact you unless you are chasing them everyday. Even though you may not be able to get hold of them for days or weeks. Very rude when you confront them. They have list of excuses and lies, will make you wait which never ends. Atlast, if you still want to go to Aura, better you pay to some charity, atleast you will have peace of mind.

Don’t do it !!!!! 16 months later & I still don’t have everything , 1 supposedly matching bedroom suite , I’ve got it in 3 different colours & none of it was delivered on the same day !!!! Avid this company like the plague .....
