Aussie Batteries & Solar Questions & Answers
How much is it for a Dyson V6 Battery?
can the lithium batteries be used under the bonnet as a secondary battery for a fridge
Any difference between Giant and Atlas apart from Atlas being cheaper?
I think the warranty on the Giant is better. I can’t remember the exact details, but I think the Giant went for 5 years, with a percentage depending on the number of years in service before the claim
Thanks Marty...I am looking to see what the differences are in build quality I guess. Jim
will I be able to connect your lithium with my agm batteries?
Has anyone had any experience with the Atlas 250AH lithium battery
Hi, I have 2x 140a/h Atlas lithium and so far they’re working well, will take a reasonable load over a couple of hours without showing any obvious decrease in charge. They seem to be good quality and are a good value for what they are. Aussie batteries are good place to deal with.
Batteries have always outperformed expectations - just make sure you keep charge above 12.8V proeferable 13V and charge rate at Max of 14.8V - will last years.
How do you know they will last years?
Anyone purchased any of their lithium offerings ?
No. I have never bought any of their lithium offerings. I have had no dealings with their lithium products. Sorry!
What is the maximum amount of 12volt AGM BATTERIES I can run in my caravan for maximum power output
As many as you can carry and keep charged.
Depending on the size of the van 3x120 amphr should be enough
I have two Giant 140amp batteries and when free camping I run a 240 solar panel and also have a 40 amp DC to DV charger in the van and never run out of power.
How long is the warranty for 2 140 AH batteries, going into a caravan? I was looking at the Giants.
Is the free delivery service trackable, IE tnt or toll? How long will it take to arrive to postcode 6210 WA.
It is trackable but they use Couriers Please who are probably the worst couriers in the country. With them who knows how long it'll take.
