I purchased an Optiplex 7010 computer from ACT. And about 6 months later windows 10 stops working and says the 'trial period has expired'. Does this mean ACT sells computers with a trial version of windows 10?

Despite the promise: "All our refurbished desktops are fully tested, cleaned and pre-installed with a genuine copy of Microsoft Windows."

Have I done something wrong? Is the computer faulty? Or is it ACT's fault?
