What happens if you buy a car and it has a battery in it from Battery World and it's not working and on the sticker on the battery it is still under Warranty however you don't have a receipt as it was brought by the other owner
Their batteries have guarantees which depend on the type. You would need to have the receipt for the battery to claim under the guarantee, just the same as you need to claim for any other item. The battery would also need to be under guarantee at the time you claim.
The battery should be under the rego of the car as I said we brought the car from a car yard they don't have the receipt. Your policy for warranty is not worth the paper it't written on. Will never use Battery World again and never recommend them

I bought a new 57MF Yuasa MF Battery in August 2016. I believe this has a 30 month warranty. I had my car serviced today and as part of that service, battery test showed cold cranking amps down to 351. New ones 530 amps apparently. How does the Battery World warranty come into play in this situation? Surely the battery needs to last for at least the warranty period?

Hi Mark, Sorry not any help on this one, but agree with you that the battery should last for the warranty period, thats why they have a warranty.I would be akin for a replacement battery.
How do I know what warranty there is on a battery? The sales docket/receipt doesn't say!!!!!
The warranty period is stated on the top and front of a battery. The receipt states the amount paid for the product.

You had two batteries flat in a forklift... Buy a maintenance charger... It's not the shops responsibility to look after your batteries
