I am having a problem setting the length of incoming calls ring to 30 seconds. I follow the Belong instructions (61*10130# and press call) and I get the message Connection Problem or MMI. Help!

Hi, I have voice mail set up but some if not most calls still go to message to txt. Is there something I can do? Thanks Cliff.
This is not THE companies website, and while they may look at the question, and indeed even respond to it.... probably best off ringing them and getting the MSG to TXT switched off. Painful I know - as one has better things to do with ones time and with people who want to tell you your entire account history instead of asking you what can they help with... I got so fed up with their stupid "Oh we must send this to a supervisor who has to send it to the manager for approval" instead of being able to set these configurations your self, from your own phone.. AND while your there, if you want, ASK for the three rings to diversion be extended to 20 or 30 seconds... That 3 rings business always drove me insane...

Tried this and it is not recognized by Belong
TPT called and will be done within 24hrs
I tried this on my pixel 6a and belong and it worked. I had to end the sequences with #. That is **61*101**30#
When making a call on a belong mobile, the caller does not hear any ringtone. Calls connect successfully, the caller just cannot hear if the call is going through. Only sound heard is when the other end answers. This is an issue on two different phones.

I wish BELONG would get their act together, I asked Belong on two occasions if the SIM ONLY Post Paid plan of 100GB per month for $45 was DATA SHARE and I was told YES TWICE, and now this morning I'm being told its NOT a DATA SHARE, so which is it, can someone tell me?
Hi Melissa, apologies for any confusion all our SIMs include data gifting. Which allows you to send data to other people with a Belong number (this can be a mobile plan or data plan). Is that how you plan to share the data or are you looking to use hotspot from your phone to other devices? -Rhys
Yes looking to hotspot from my iPhone to other devices like my laptop and iPad when I get one.
Ok no worries, with a Belong SIM you can definitely hotspot from your phone your laptop and iPad so they can access the internet.

Does Belong allow full functionality with Apple Car Play? Also, does it allow you to have a three way conversation/merge calls?
Merge calls, yes. Not sure About Apple Car Play. I think that function is based on your phone model not the carrier. Carrier would be relevant till they extent that it provides the Internet. But again, I've never used it.

Why does Belong not show a daily breakdown of data usage for Mobile and/or Data plans? There is no option in either the Belong app nor via the internet browser login to view my daily usage, just the amount that is left. Is this right? Other Telco's I have been with previously have allowed me to view my daily usage.
