We bought the Sydney Spa - we were happy with the spa itself but the customer service of Bestway was very avarage.
Customer service not calling back pool should have come with ground tarp it did not! Pool should have come with pool cover it did not! How do we get customer service to answer or call us back.

I brought the Hawaii hydrojet pro spa and there is absolutely nothing on saying how to put the led lights in
You have to unscrew one of the other outlets. The other ones I think are all the same so you can choose where you want the led's. They are quite hard to unscrew because of the shape and size difficult to grip.. When you get it to turn (counter clockwise) you will be able to pull it out and screw the led replacement in. We found the led lights packed it in after a few months and had to put the old outlet back in. Hope this helps. Regards.

Hi Rosemary. Bestway does have an automatic pool cleaner. Model number 58304. You may be able to find stock from a reseller by searching 'Bestway 58304' in Google. Hope this helps. David
