How can I get you to refund me the money for repairs that you sent in error to the repairman (called Kan and already paid by me) instead of to me? How is this acceptable customer service:

"Hi Simon As you know, we have paid Ken in good faith. I have spoken to Ken and explained the situation. I can keep trying him but he seems reluctant to refund your payment. We are not going to pay for this twice as you can appreciate. Regards G**** P**** ***** Betta Industries Pty Ltd Ph (02) 9525 ****"

Avoid this company at All costs. They are rude and do not care when it comes to faulty products and services. Every person that answers the phone plays games with the customer on the other end. Your put on hold, transferred to voicemail or told the manager is not in , gone to lunch or gone home for the day.

I've only ever dealt with Taren Point and they were great on all occasions.

Have dealt with Debta from the North Wollongong showroom many times and could not find a more friendly, courteous and efficient person. Her product knowledge and help is a credit to her and she is a huge assest to the company.

Seems to depend on what branch, had wardrobes installed by Brookvale, professional and thorough; but be careful, contacted same for shower screens and they subbed it out to Taren Point: couldn't give me a time so I let install in my absence, called for a payment over phone when I said can't, driving, and haven't checked job, threatened to remove door! was very scary, but worse, they took a credit card payment from my wardrobe job!!! can you risk that?? one screen was good but the other still had the black silica- which I see has happened previously in reviews - but management are arrogant and really unprofessional, got a cleaner in for some improvement, and then a plumber finished it off. paid the $2800 invoice minus $150, and Betta have filed Court, adding their own filing fee $290 total $440; Wollongong might be fine,but can you risk it? read the reviews and go reputable
