Big W Photos Questions & Answers

I'm doing a 12 x 12 hardcover big W photobook. Have been doing them for years. You used to be able to enlarge a photo across 2 pages, without using the "stretch" function (this sometimes auto crops things not how you want them). So I want to just adjust the size myself, spread the one photo across 2 pages. I've finished the project but when I "add to cart" it is telling me that the pages with the one photo across the 2 has no photos on it and will be blank! Does it just not register that there is a photo there, across the 2 pages? Will it still print it? I'm a bit worried that there is some kind of technical reason that it's not detecting the photo and therefore won't print it - I don't want 2 blank pages there!!

Hi, I've always printed my photos from my camera and phone for years. Big W Coffs Harbour was great as I could crop each photo to it's advantage. Other places just aren't simple to navigate the process and, pics are not of the same quality. It is a nightmare, so stressful. Please tell me why this product has been discontinued, it was ALWAYS busy. Can I process photos online now and collect them at the CH store

Hello trying to put my order through and I uploaded all pictures I needed but when I get to check out PayPal it goes over again and uploqded again not letting me finalize it to put order through very over it HELP

I have a photo book project which I had almost completed. The photos I had placed in the book are still there But every time I now go back to the project all the photos are gone and need to be added from my albums. I work on it log out go back later and they all need to be added again. Why wont it save the added photos

My elderly parents have printed A LOT of holiday photo's at Big W and copied onto a BigW CD at the same time instore. Please advise if I can download the photo's from the CD's, if so what format/file extension is used by BigW onto a PC.

Is anyone having trouble creating their calendars with the BigW photos program? I can't seem to add pictures to my project. I can select the photos from the photo source but the "add photos to project" button is greyed out. I've tried on both Mac and Microsoft computers with no success.
