VerifiedI’ve just bought the blend jet & I don’t understand why it’s taking so long for it to charge. I added my oats, banana, peanut butter & milk & it’s not blending. I have it charging now & the colour on the outer ring is blue. In the middle it’s white. Why isn’t it working. I only bought it last month & it’s the first time I’m using it.

I received my blendjet 2 & made a milk strawberry drink. I plugged my blendjet 2 in & it will not charge. No it has not been dropped or wet. I don’t know if it’s the cord which has not been wet or the blendjet 2. Can I have a new cord to start with & see if it’s a simple thing or would you prefer me to send the whole lot back to you. If so I need an address please. Was bought on the 24/5/2021. 8552206638. $66.95. Thank you Pam Watson.
Hi Pam. I had a problem with charging my Blendjet too. I found that water had managed to penetrate the base unit where the electronics and batteries are. I had water coming out of the USB charging socket. Blendjet replaced the entire unit for me and so far, so good. Also, make sure you only use the original Blendjet white USB-C charging cord. Hope this helps.
