Rain has come through the bottom of the window and the drain holes were clear,1 year installation

Hi...I have water inside the Bradman sliding windows in the track work...like inside the house if you will. So we have had rain...but yesterday it was just normal doesn't seem right. What do I need to replace and where do I get the bits from. I am located in Brisbane. Chatgpt...I uploaded a photo..says the window looks like a Classic or Essential residential series. Thanks. Also can I take out the sliding part and take it to someone to check it out

Hi Bradnams Where are the weep holes on Awing windows. We can't see them on the frame nor the window itself?

We have water leaking in our sash windows around the felt seal at the base. The house is five years old & seals , weep holes etc are clear of blockage, it has wet the carpet & edging strip, we also have another fixed window, on a slider, where water was coming through the bottom corner where the seal meets the glass , there are no signs of cracking on the seal. It is extremely disappointing to have windows failing to seal on such a new house.

Do Bradnams install windows or do they just supply and we need to find a separate builder to install? Located Lake Macquarie

We have a brand new home and have your windows and doors installed. How do I open the window the full amount upstairs to let air in- there is a child safety lock that opens the window part way. ??? We have no children in the house

We have all Bradman windows and doors, we live on top of a hill and the nothing in the rooms, we have full panoramic views from the east around to the west, we don't have any hill, in any direction, to block our exposure, etc, so we get some harsh storms. When we moved in, I noticed that during a storm, water would come through the weep holes at the base of the fixed windows window, up to the window inside track, then flow over from the tracks down the wall, and then only the floor. The builder went to your Toowoomba depot and got some plastic tips, which went over the exterior of the window (over the weep holes). Last Wednesday night, we had a heavy storm and a lot of rain. So consequently, every window facing south had water coming through the weep, and then all over our bedrooms, and living room floors. I am talking about small or slow flow of water, one of the windows in a bedroom, the flow of the water coming through this window and into the house, you could have used it as a drinking fountain, re the immense flow rate coming through the window frame. So every south face room, was inundated with water and I ran out of towels, rugs, and anything that could soak up the water, unfortunately, this was not enough, so we have been drying carpets, etc. The problem is, this is not the first time its happened (but not to this extent, but close to it), so if we go out and we have a bad storm, we come home with water inundation all over the floors and takes a few hours to clean every up, then we have to wash all the towels, etc What can be done, frankly it's giving me the s....t, and we talk to our neighbors, and don't this problem with their window Greg greglvincent@hotmail.com

I would like to replace the door opening/locking device for 22 year old sliding fly screen/secruity screen doors. Or something that will fit the existing holes in the door. They measures 145H x 60W mm. They have the opening lever on the top and under it the key hole. To the side, the locking lever and then the indent grip to open the door. [Personal Details Removed]

The adjustable door carriage and roller needs replacing on my sliding screen door. "Acetal roller with spring" But can't get the old door carriage out. Any hints? Thank you. Barb

I have just finished installing my Bradnam Sliding Double Glazed Windows with flyscreens and they look great. I have just discovered a bag of black plastic hinged clips with black screws . Are these for the flyscreens and how are they installed?

Hi I'm wondering in a house that has colorbond external walls hence walls much thinner than brick veneer, A 3 door stacker frame would protrude to the outside ? Does the stacker frame come with a external reveal/architrave that should be used to make the sides of the door more aesthetically pleasing ?

How to replace the roller on security screen door

I need to replace the rollers on a sliding screen door. I think these are the correct parts, but I cant remove the existing rollers. I have tried with pliers but no luck. How do you remove them? external link 

Hi I have Bradman double glazed Aluminum windows in my new house which came with fly screens. I can see the slot in the bottom of the window where the fly screen sits in, but what holds the top of the fly screen in place ?

Need to replace a faulty roller carriage in a flyscreen door. Could you advise the procedure, the make and model of carriage I should purchase.

The faulty carriage fails to retract and leaving 5mm out of the door frame. The roller never sits on the rail. Only the gap between the carriage and the roller rested on the rail.
