VerifiedHi we have 3 amari 4 blade dc ceiling fan with dimmable led cct light series 2 . All brand new and installed by electrician. All 3 are flickering about every 15 mins Electrician tells me to turn lights up full and not to use the dimmer. Even turned up full they still flickering. How can I fix this before I have to pull them out Thanks for your time
I have a Brilliant 22041/05. I use it in a rather dark garage which has just enough light to make the sensor inoperative. Is there an easy way to disable the sensor and keep the light on?

I have had a ceiling fan with light installed with the remote Brilliant Lighting Model No 99999 SII - the fane works ok but the light will not stay on for longer than 20-30 seconds how do you make it stay on for longer - it is so frustrating.
I have a ceiling fan/light with remote (Grace) that was installed about a year ago. Has been working perfectly until 2 days ago when it started beeping once every 20 minutes. I changed the batteries in the remote and it didn't help. Any other ideas?
I’m an electrician and I have installed two of the grace dc fans at a clients house. Both the remotes work with both the fans and have tried leaving one fans power supply off and paring them one by one and nothing. Still the same problem is there anyway to reset the remote or the receiver as I have inspected both and I cannot find any sort of dip switch to reset it. But if a poor design choice in my opinion
Sorry Lachie. I didn't have that problem with the first one, and nor do I have that problem with the second one. Power switch off - nothing works, power switch on and all good. Not much help to you.
I've got a BASELINE DIY LED BATTEN 1200mm TRI-PROOF 22041/05 from Bunnings installed inside my shed. The sensor seems to work intermittently and is unreliable, is there a fix for these ?
Like some others, power went off , then garden lights no longer operational . the app and instructions were followed over may times over many hours, yet still no connect. Frustrating to the least! I have the latest Telstra smart modem, switched it to 2.4 g still no success, all other connected items in house work fine, so no problem with the internet! I wonder if Brilliant have a better way to help customers as I am sure I am not alone with this issue.

I have had 2 Piper fans with LED's. Even when switched of, there is still a small amount of light being emitted, I cant find a user manual to see if there is a trick and my electrician doesnt seem to know what the problem is.

Hi I bought x 2 Dual LED Brilliant trooper security light with motion sensor model 20849/05. One stopped working after about 8 weeks of being in situ, I have had it replaced. Now the other one has also stopped working. what is going on? is this common do we need to adjust the settings?
Mine stopped working afew days after I got it so I had to reset and set it up again and now when it stops working I switch it off for 10 seconds and it seems to work fine hope this helps

I have a fan light combo that suddenly stopped working. Both fan and light. Model number 99894. The light is turned on via the normal switch, while the fan is turned on by the speed selector dial. What can I do to troubleshoot the cause of this? It doesn't vibrate so dont expect loose wires. Help anyone!

I have just installed an Amari DC ceiling fan with remote control. The annoying thing about this fan is the beep every time you turn the light on/off or the fan on/off. Is there any way to deactivate the beep? Failing that, will the fan operate normally by bypassing the receiver and installing a fan controller and light switch?
I have tempest II ceiling fans with lights 99988/05. I cannot get the diffuser off to change the light globe. I have tried anti clockwise and clockwise. Is there a trick to removing it.
