Hey there we bought a steel craft strider and are currently using the bassinet for our newborn … we have noticed that the whole pram is in on quite a lean , and is not level , resulting in our baby sliding foward to the bottom end of the bassinet … is there any reason for this or is it designed to be on a lean ?

Hi Tammy, thank you for your message, we do have a Strider Signature Second Seat available on our web site in the Dusk Stonewash colour, the new Strider Signature V5 second seats are not compatible with older style Strider Compacts.

Hi Ris, thanks for your message. We no longer sell or have any of the previous model strider compact deluxe edition second seats. The two most recent discontinued model second seats in our range (Strider Signature and Strider Compact Deluxe textured edition) have the same connections and can fit on an older model strider compact frame. These can be viewed on our website under the accessories for nursery tab on our website. The main differences between second seats are cosmetic changes. Is there a reason you have discontinued the strider v5 as I have a 12 month warranty on it and I was only able to use it for two months before someone’s inconsiderably destroyed it on us

We do have a few second seats available for the Strider Compact Deluxe which are on our website however our web store is currently offline and due back up early next week. To use the capsule at the bottom, you will require the Britax Click & Go Unity lower frame. This is now a discontinued item in our range however. Does the extender adaptor work for the seats facing each other ? Or is it only for first seat facing outward?
