I am an "allocated stock'' customer. I was meant to receive a Sofa Bed with Chaise and spare covers. I received the chaise section of the lounge, and the spare covers but not the main lounge section. Can you please advise how this is possible and if I will get the other section. I have tried to contact Kogan to no avail.
This isn't so much as a question , If you haven't got any of the items you purchased or your money.Please contact your bank & if your with ANZ they have had over 5,000 complaints & are honouring a refund into your account .It might take 30 or so days but they will give you your money back.Im still waiting for my money to be refunded

I have been told by your customer service that you are not delivering to most areas, Mclaren Vale SA in this case. How can you advertise "delivery Australia wide".
Hi Lorraine, there is a temporary issue with dispatch to some regional areas, which is based on the huge resource issue with labour shortages that the logistics industry is currently experiencing. We are however working hard to find a solution and hope to include most areas within our delivery range again soon. Thanks for understanding.

I want to order the Anica King Size bedhead. I live in Canberra. They say delivery is fast, is that true. I don't want to order and wait months.
I would not buy from them again. I am still waiting. I am going to repoet them to fair trading.

Don't do it! I placed an order in October for a late November delivery and the couches were never delivered. I didn't get a full refund until April. I was chasing the order up regularly from January but customer service is hopeless and full of excuses. At one point the shipping company told me the product had been in their warehouse for so long it was damaged and sent back to Brosa, but then the next day a delivery driver arrived and tried to deliver the damaged product! It seems like they are quick to accept orders (and your money!!) but don't have the supply chain competence to actually deliver products when they say they will.

Lots of complaints regarding your delivery service. Have these been addressed? I'm hesitant to purchase anything from you because of these complaints.
I can honestly say Brosa is a brilliant company they addressed some of the issues I had with the delivery company & the last 4 items were on time & intact not a mark on the box it did make me hesitant to keep purchasing as the first few unbelievably the box looked like a dogs breakfast but the furniture not a mark on it I took photos & let Brosa know they were great offered compensation but I thought no need as furniture was fine but just so they know how I received it so I then bought lots more furniture as I needed to fill a new home so I will continue to purchase as their furniture looks fantastic & is comfortable Zac
My experience has been shocking. I literally got an email today saying they were passing my issue onto a third party customer service team!!! This is after waiting nearly 3 months beyond the promised delivery date. I think that says it all about how much they care about resolving issues (i.e. they don't!).

Why has Brosa not contacted us about our extremely overdue delivery of a sofa that we paid for back in early 2021? Shocking customer service!

If only I’d read reviews before ordering and PAYING for my Bedhead from Brosa!!! Ordered in October 2021 along with an Ottoman. Both promised as in store and delivered within a couple of weeks. Ottoman arrived December and lovely. Bedhead… NOTHING!!!! January 14 2022 still nothing. Told collected by Deliverer from Warehouse in a note by email, 4 weeks ago and that I would be contacted! I have heard nothing, no longer promised anything, if on its way where is it??? My Question Is: How can some customers give glowing FIVE star reports and others ONE star? No one has chosen stars in between! Quality is not an issue. ALL complaints, too numerous to count, relate to LACK of DELIVERY!!!!! HELP ME. E: cocking1945@icloud.com

Hi Greg, I am so sorry you have not heard anything from us, that is certainly not the norm. We endeavour to contact and communicate to customers when delays are experienced. Unfortunately as your delivery address is outside Metro areas we use a logistics partner who was highly impacted over Christmas and New Year with high volumes of freight and 20% less staff due to covid. Certainly not ideal or the experience we want for our customers at all. I have looked up on your order and I can see it was delivered on the 8/2. We are so sorry for the disappointent.

I suggest you wait till at least February. Brosa is closed now and you'll deal with their call centre in the Philippines. They and their courier ANC are in total chaos. You have 21 days to change your mind. Pay with credit card too. I didn't have a pleasant experience with them and will get my ottoman delivered 6 weeks after ordering! It's all too stressful now, try them later.
We recently had to set up an apartment 2 days before Christmas. We were travelling from Adelaide to Melbourne and were only in Melbourne for 4 days, including Christmas Day. We only had one day for deliveries. They were great and the quality of the furniture is awesome. The live chat was extremely helpful And chased up delivery information etc for us. We chose products they had in stock So that helped. We didn't have any complaints. The products were exactly as described. SJS

Why does BROSA require full payment upfront if they cannot guarantee delivery times? Other furniture companies in Australia who sell items manufactured overseas take a down payment and require the remainder only when the item is in the ware house in Australia. Seems only fair, so why not BROSA?

We just took delivery of the Osaka extension table and upon assembly the table doesn’t extend enough to put the extension piece in. What do I do now?

Is your outdoor concrete tables easy to mark with spills n stuff Can it be used outdoors with no roofing just open ?
Hi, are the bed frames modular / easy to put together? How is the bed delivered? In a flat pack or easy to put together pieces?
It arrived in the shape of the Ottoman (folded), nearly ready to use. just need to undo the packages of the matt. The packages is a square cube shape, as big as the folded Ottoman. As a small lady like me, I will need someone to help me in unpacking the package. other than that, close to 0 assembly. hope it helps?
I have ordered a number of pieces from Brosa in the last year and have been very happy. I am thinking about ordering a pair of custom armchairs in the same fabric for my lounge room, but recently read a concerning review. The customer said the chairs they received were different colours and Brosa were not helpful at fixing this problem. The chairs I am looking at would be more than $1000 in total and they take about 4 months the be made so it’s a lot of time and money. Does anyone have any experience of custom orders with chairs? Any issues with fabric on different pieces not matching?
